At the heart of the villa lies an openplan concept kitchen and living area, flooded with natural light and floor-to-ceiling balcony doors leading onto a stunning patio and private pool area.
Step outside to discover your own slice of paradise: a large outdoor space with green landscaping, perfect for relaxation or entertaining. The infinity-edge private swimming pool takes centre stage, surrounded by super comfortable loungers and parasols for shade. There is also an al fresco dining area with ambient lighting transforming the space at night, creating a magical atmosphere for evenings at your home away from home.

Gastouri village lies 10km south of Corfu Town making it the ideal location to enjoy the vast sandy beaches of the south, the UNESCO historical town of Corfu and the Achilleion Palace & gardens, once the home to Princess Sissi & Kaiser Wilhelm and where James Bond ‘For your Eyes only’ was filmed. This traditional Corfiot village has 3 tavernas, some tourist shops selling traditional olive wood ornaments etc, a couple of cafe bars & a mini-market for the very basics. It’s a sleepy village where the bread is still baked the traditional way and old ladies with Donkeys wander the streets carrying fresh produce on their heads. Gastouri was also awarded Greece best village. The area surrounding the village is well tendered and the location of many upmarket properties. This beautiful area is the perfect choice for those looking for a central location with easy access to the majority of Corfu Island with Benitses with it’s wonderful selection of restaurants just a five minute drive down from the centre of the village.

Ahmad JA Perfect Stay in a Stunning Villa! Our stay at this villa was nothing short of amazing! The property is brand new, fully equipped, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. With four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, our family had plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the living room was cozy and beautifully decorated. But the highlight was the outdoor space—the garden, the pool, and the breathtaking views of both the mountains and the sea made every moment special. Whether enjoying a morning coffee with the stunning scenery or unwinding by the pool in the evening, it was pure bliss. Everything was immaculate, and the owners clearly put a lot of care into ensuring guests have a perfect experience. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway. We can’t wait to return!

The exterior of the villa is stunning. The spacious garden and beautiful pool offer the perfect setting to relax and unwind. The view is absolutely breathtaking and waking up every morning to such a panoramic scene was an unforgettable experience. Inside, the villa is just as impressive. The design is modern, clean, and incredibly spacious. It has four luxurious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, which was such a great touch. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, stove, and a variety of plates, bowls, and cups for all occasions. Whether you want to cook a gourmet meal or just make a quick snack, everything is ready to go. The bathrooms are equally well-stocked, with all the essentials and even a hairdryer provided. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the warmth and hospitality of the owners. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. They were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Their kindness and attention to detail really made all the difference. They even thought of putting ice cubes in the freezer for us, a small but thoughtful touch that made our stay feel even more special.

Thanks to a shallow area on one side it is great to use for little kids, although around noon there is little shade around. There is an outdoor shower for the pool. Each room inside has its own AC, which works great. A little more storage Area on the inside for longer stays would have been great. All windows have sunscreens and screens, otherwise you'll get six-legged visitors inside. The road to the area is quite rough, with potholes and lots of turns. It can get quite steep at times. Our hosts were always avalible and in case of problems fast on site. We would definitly come back again.

Michelle G, UKDate of stay: June 2025 When we arrived and first saw the villa we were all amazed how beautiful it was with stunning views and an abundance of outside space. Inside was very modern and clean and well laid out. Our party comprised two couples, a grandmother and an older daughter and the accommodation suited us all well, with two bedrooms on the ground floor and two upstairs, all with their own en-suites, ideal! The kitchen was well equipped and the air conditioning worked well throughout. There was a large moveable rechargeable lamp in the lounge which doubled us as a bluetooth speaker, which was a nice addition. We hired a car, which was needed to get to restaurants and shops, but we all looked forward to getting back to the villa to relax.
