New to our portolio for 2024, we are extremely pleased to feature the very lovely Villa Hermès. Nestled in secluded mature gardens and enjoying stunning views of the bay of Ipsos this property with its white washed walls and Mykonos style architecture is a blend of traditional Corfiot simplicity and classic Mediterranean living.
The spaciousness and the unique design of this property makes Hermès the perfect choice for a group of friends, two families or a muti-generational family looking for a memorable holiday. A huge benefit of Hermès is it is completely wheelchair accesible, from the private parking area, going into the villa and down to the pool area. The top floor has accesible shower room with handrails (please contact us for further photos).
The villa is ideally located being just a five minute drive down to the neighbouring resort of Barbati with it’s sweeping white pebble beach and wonderful selection of restaurants and chill-out bars.
This two level property is rather unique in design. Each floor identical but with the added benefit of being independent of each other. Each level has a Mykonos style sitting room and a fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, microwave, full sized dishwasher and a large fridge freezer. The property as a whole has a total of 6 bedrooms, 3 on each level, each level comprising of a master bedroom with four poster bed, recently renovated modern ensuite bath/shower room, a family room sleeping 3 and a further single bedroom. A very nice, recently renovate, modern family bath/shower room is shared between these two bedrooms.
The views from the property are outstanding, the gardens are mature with an abundance of tropical trees and foliage. The lovely swimming pool set in traditional stone patios nestled within the gardens provides total privacy.
All in all a really beautiful property in every sense of the imagination.

Beach – Pebble/Shingle
Restaurants & Bars – Yes plenty along the beach and the high street
Boat Hire – Yes with Spiros Boat Hire
Supermarkets – A handful of mini-markets
‘Highlights’ – Trendy beachfront chill-out bars & restaurants with beach service
The nearest resort to Villa Helios is Barbati with a brilliant white sweeping pebble beach, the gateway to the prestigious North East Coast of Corfu, affectionately known as Kensington-upon-Sea. This resort has a real holiday vibe about it with a it’s upmarket beach side restaurants and trendy beach bars. Bahia Mare & Piedra del Mar to name just two, play relaxing chill-out tunes and offer a superb beachfront atmosphere where you can pre-reserve your sunbed both during the day and during the balmy evenings. Both restaurants have a superb menu and during high season a table reservation is recommended. For the water sports enthusiasts Barbati also has a superb water-sports centre and we would high recommend renting one of the small boats from either of the boat hire companies along the beach. From Barbati you can meander your way up the picturesque coastline, anchoring up in one of the many deserted coves where the water is crystal turquoise and perfect for snorkelling.
