Kassiopi Harbour Villa Alice | Kassiopi
5 En Suite + WCVilla, Rooms & Outside information
Villa Description
Tucked away just next to Kassiopi Harbour, Villa Alice is a bright and welcoming home that captures the laid-back charm of Corfu. Designed for families and groups who want space, privacy, and a touch of luxury, the villa stretches across three levels with open, sunlit interiors and stunning views of the Ionian Sea.
The heart of the villa lies on the ground floor, where a stylish open-plan living area flows into a modern kitchen and out to the garden and pool terrace. Here, long days unfold beside the sparkling 18-metre pool, surrounded by loungers, shady spots, and a built-in barbecue perfect for relaxed dinners under the stars.
Upstairs, four ensuite bedrooms are spread across two levels, each with its own balcony or terrace. The gentle sea breeze and soft morning light make these rooms feel instantly peaceful. There’s also a small independent studio with its own kitchenette and sitting area – an ideal hideaway for guests seeking a bit more privacy.
With air-conditioning throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and regular cleaning service included, Villa Aliki combines modern comfort with authentic island style. Just a short stroll from Kassiopi’s waterfront tavernas and beaches, it offers the best of both worlds – a quiet retreat with the lively harbour just moments away.
This is the kind of villa where life slows down naturally – where afternoons stretch by the pool, dinners linger late into the night, and every sunrise reminds you why Corfu is so hard to leave.

Kassiopi
Is this area suitable for me?
Beach – Pebble/Shingle
Restaurants & Bars – Yes plenty along the high street, surrounding the harbour and around the headland
Boat Hire – Yes with Filippos Boats
Supermarkets – Plenty of small supermarkets & mini-markets
‘Highlights’ – Picturesque harbour, great choice of restaurants and an upmarket nightlife
Probably the most famous of the prestigious North East coastal resorts, Kassiopi has become a firm favourite holiday destination for upmarket families looking for a luxury villa holiday in a desirable area. Due to the lack of sandy beaches along this stretch of coastline large mass market hotels have avoided the area and have, the bucket and spade tourists. The area has maintained it’s upmarket status and attracts many A list celebrities & VIPs, many of whom have their own properties discreetly hidden behind many electric gate. The centre of town, or village for that matter has a long pedestrianised high street lined with beach boutiques and souvenir shops, a great choice of tavernas and cocktail bars. The highlight of this picture postcard village is the harbour area where one can take a boat trip down the coast with either one of the organised trips or if you’re feeling confident then hire your own small boat from Filippos Boats one of the islands longest established boat hire company. Popular restaurants in Kassiopi include Trilogia a romantic setting beneath the ancient castle and The Old School House which has recently located down by the harbour from Porta.
