Bright and spacious, the villa’s main level features an open-plan living area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large veranda perfect for dining or relaxing while watching the boats drift by.

The lower level includes a playroom with a kitchenette and two ensuite bedrooms opening onto the garden terrace, while the upper floor offers two more ensuite bedrooms with private balconies overlooking the Ionian Sea.

Outside, a stunning 18-metre pool surrounded by sun loungers and lush gardens invites lazy days in the sun. A built-in barbecue and shaded dining area set the scene for unforgettable evenings under the stars.

With air-conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and regular cleaning included, Villa Afroditi offers modern comfort with effortless style. Just a short stroll from Kassiopi’s waterfront tavernas and pebble beaches, it’s the ideal setting for a peaceful Corfu escape where luxury meets authentic island charm.

There are daily visits (exc Sundays) from the grounds staff to sweep outside & collect rubbish.

Villa Alice with its fantastic outside areas, are perfect for both relaxation and entertaining, with a large private pool (18m x 5m; depth 1m–2m), views accross to the Kassiopi Castle. Surrounding the pool are sun loungers, parasols, and a variety of chill out areas. Guests can enjoy alfresco meals by the a brick-built BBQ under the covered veranda.

Probably the most famous of the prestigious North East coastal resorts, Kassiopi has become a firm favourite holiday destination for upmarket families looking for a luxury villa holiday in a desirable area. Popular restaurants in Kassiopi include Trilogia a romantic setting beneath the ancient castle and The Old School House which has recently located down by the harbour from Porta.
