Villa Kamelia with its post card view of the bay is situated in a unique and quiet area below the castle of Kassiopi, yet literally a few minutes stroll from the wonderful vibes the village of Kassiopi has to offer. Set amongst the olive groves this elegant property has the very best position and is just above a picturesque bay with crystal clear water making for wonderful swimming. The tiny beach (although by law is classed as public), really is so hidden that rarely anyone finds it, so it does really feel like your own private bay where we have a couple of sunloungers and a parasol.

The villa is absolutely immaculate in every respect and the owners maintain the property and grounds to the very highest of standards. The house is extremely spacious with all bedrooms being a distance from each other so guests can enjoy a great deal of privacy. The property is grand in architecture and elegantly furnished.

All 4 bedrooms have individually controlled air-Conditioning, wooden floors, well designed ensuite bathrooms and their own Satellite TV, central heating for when necessary. Bedrooms as previously mentioned are cleverly situated , two on the upper floor, one on the middle floor and one on the lower floor, the fourth also a seperate entrance so is an ideal room for a nanny.

The Master Bedroom is one of the two bedrooms situated upstairs, very spacious with a king size double bed and sloping wooden ceiling. It has an impressive en-suite bathroom with massage bath and separate shower facility. Also offering a huge veranda where you can sunbathe, enjoying the cooling breeze whilst at a view that can literally take your breath away.

Heading back downstairs to the middle floor you will find the third bedroom with it’s ensuite bathroom, the open planned well equipped kitchen includes a large American style fridge freezer & dishwasher. The beautifully furnished air-conditioned sitting room has comfortable sofas, modern artwork around a handsome marble fireplace, satellite TV, home Cinema, DVD, stereo and a spacious open-plan dining room.

The fourth bedroom with it’s ensuite bathroom is situated on the lower ground floor, offering all the same luxuries plus an extra door to the pool and barbeque area ensures extra privacy if desired.

Out to the front overlooking the bay below is a magnificent ‘bean’ shaped large freshwater swimming pool which curves around its own jacuzzi. The tranquil sun terrace around the pool has beautiful pebble mosaics, and a conveniently situated stone-built barbeque forms a lovely relaxing al fresco dining area and an excellent choice for large parties.

The lower floor contains also the garage and adjacent fully equipped utility room with both washing machine and tumble drier also ironing facilities.

A magnificent bean’ shaped large freshwater swimming pool, overlooking the sea,which curves around its own jacuzzi. A tranquil sun terrace around the pool with beautiful pebble mosaics, and a conveniently situated stone-built barbeque , forms a lovely relaxing al fresco dining area and an excellent choice for large parties. It is quite conceivable that guests might choose to while away their entire holiday here.
Easily reached foot path to the small beach directly below the villa will offer excellent rock bathing. Even in the height of the summer the beach is surprisingly little used, and the clear blue sea invites you to swim, snorkel and dive to your hearts content.
Clients who choose to hire a boat may anchor out in the bay underneath.

Probably the most famous of the prestigious North East coastal resorts, Kassiopi has become a firm favourite holiday destination for upmarket families looking for a luxury villa holiday in a desirable area. The centre of town, or village for that matter has a long pedestrianised high street lined with beach boutiques and souvenir shops, a great choice of tavernas and cocktail bars.
