• First Floor: A luxurious master ensuite bedroom and a second ensuite bedroom, both with private balconies and serene sea or garden views.
• Basement Level: A second open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a large play area with a pool table, three ensuite bedrooms, and direct access to the swimming pool.
