Boasting one of Corfu’s largest swimming pools to what was once a private home, Villa Rosa commands an enviable position overlooking the village of Kassiopi and the Corfu/Albanian Channel.
The villa is classical in design, ultra spacious in fact it’s huge and with a wealth of facilities including a heated indoor swimming pool and fitness area this is the ideal villa for a large family or group of friends, with plenty of terraces and shaded pergolas to sit and relax. A perfect choice for those who enjoy the services of their own cook which can be arranged at a supplement, the villa has a well equipped kitchen and with a choice of dining areas there is no need to venture out.
Villa Rosa has a total of six spacious bedrooms (3 doubles & 3 twins), all air conditioned and all with their own en-suite bath/shower rooms. Extra beds can be provided on request.
ACCESSIBILITY: There are various steps around the property so we are not suitable for disabled guests or those with extreme walking difficulties.
Outdoor Pool Size: Size 15m x 7.5m | 0.95m to 2.45m deep
Indoor Pool – Heated at a Supplement – Size: 3m x 7.5m | 0.65m deep
Is this area suitable for me?
Beach – Pebble/Shingle
Restaurants & Bars – Yes plenty along the high street, surrounding the harbour and around the headland
Boat Hire – Yes with Filippos Boats
Supermarkets – Plenty of small supermarkets & mini-markets
‘Highlights’ – Picturesque harbour, great choice of restaurants and an upmarket nightlife
Probably the most famous of the prestigious North East coastal resorts, Kassiopi has become a firm favourite holiday destination for upmarket families looking for a luxury villa holiday in a desirable area. Due to the lack of sandy beaches along this stretch of coastline large mass market hotels have avoided the area and have, the bucket and spade tourists. The area has maintained it’s upmarket status and attracts many A list celebrities & VIPs, many of whom have their own properties discreetly hidden behind many electric gate. The centre of town, or village for that matter has a long pedestrianised high street lined with beach boutiques and souvenir shops, a great choice of tavernas and cocktail bars. The highlight of this picture postcard village is the harbour area where one can take a boat trip down the coast with either one of the organised trips or if you’re feeling confident then hire your own small boat from Filippos Boats one of the islands longest established boat hire company. Popular restaurants in Kassiopi include Trilogia a romantic setting beneath the ancient castle and The Old School House which has recently located down by the harbour from Porta.
