The centrepiece of Villa Stefania is the infinity swimming pool (pool heating available) which offers stunning views across the Ionian Sea towards the Albanian coastline. Surrounding the pool is a spacious stone paved terrace with sunbeds, perfect for soaking up the sun or to escape to some shade there is a built pergola where you can enjoy comfortable outdoor sofas with the beautiful sea view. There is an outdoor kitchen area, complete with a built-in BBQ, sink and a traditional pizza oven along with an outdoor dining area for 6, providing the perfect setting for alfresco dining.

Bathroom 1: Bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath, WC and sink.
Bathroom 2: En Suite to bedroom 2 with shower, WC and sink
Bathroom 3: En Suite to Annex with walk in shower, WC and sink

Kitchen:
Open Plan kitchen, living and dining room with balcony doors looking out to sea. Fully fitted modern Kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, overhead extractor fan, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, coffee machine, nutribullet and espresso machine.

Washing machine, dryer and iron can be found in the annex.
