Three bedrooms are located on the garden level with access to their own private veranda overlooking the manicured gardens and the stunning pool area. A fourth bedroom on the lower level of the property although lacking in view is spacious and has direct access to the pool.

1st Floor – Open-plan sitting, dining & kitchen. Large glass windows opening to a large outside dining area enjoying views over the pool and the sea.
Garden Level – Master Bedroom with modern King-Size Four Poster bed, dressing room & en-suite shower room and sliding glass doors to veranda. Bedrooms 2 & 3 Twin/Super-king with en-suite shower rooms, sliding glass doors opening to verandas overlooking the pool and sea. Bedroom 4 Double suite style with en-suite shower room and entrance door to steps leading up to the pool.

Kontokali Bay peninsular is home to the luxury 5* Kontokali Bay resort. Non residents are able to dine here in the excellent a la carte restaurant with a reservation plus there are water-sports and boat hire available. There are a couple of sandy bays on the peninsular, one of which has a nice beach taverna serving excellent homecooked cuisine. Natalie by Brunos overlooks the sandy beach and has great reviews. For those who enjoy fish and seafood there’s Roulas which overlooks the south side of Gouvia Marina. For a greater choice of restaurants walk around to Kontokali main village where there is a great choice of traditional tavernas including Bistro Boileau which serves the best fillet steak in Corfu!!
