Centrally located giving easy access to the majority of Corfu is the resort of Gouvia. This resort has something for everyone. The village itself has a great choice of restaurants serving every type of cuisine imaginable. There’s a Mexican, a Thai, an Indian, an Italian and lots of traditional Greek Tavernas serving homecooked meals.
The village has a small bay with shingle beach, the water here is shallow and very safe for children.
Right in the centre of Gouvia we have two large properties, both featured in our ‘Prestige Collection’. Marina View is a comfortable family home and has private access to the waters edge with beach beyond. It has 7 bedrooms sleeping 14 guests. The pool area is stunning with tall palms towering above giving plenty of shade during the hot Summer days.
Villa Alpha is adjacent, a modern villa with a corporate feel and extremely popular with our American clientele looking for a modern family home. The villa has a gym and a private tennis court and benefits from daily housekeeping with staff available for breakfast preparation.
Up on the hill overlooking Gouvia and the North East coast in the Kira Chrisikou area we have two identical villas each with their own private pool. Villas Iroko & Acacia are set in well tendered gardens, each with four bedrooms making these two villas an ideal choice for a large group of 16.
In the peaceful area of Agios Andreas are another two adjacent villas. Villa Skyline & Villa Ionica are both featured in our ‘Prestige Collection’ and are stunning recently renovated properties set in immaculate lawned gardens with their private pools enjoying stunning views of the marina.
