The villa spans three floors — semi-basement, ground floor, and first floor — all connected via an internal staircase:

Semi-Basement: Features a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, a laundry room, a wine cellar (wines available for an extra charge), and a playroom equipped with a 55-inch TV with Netflix, PS4 with games, and board games for children.

Ground Floor: Open-plan living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen (including dishwasher), dining and sitting area, WC, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Direct access to the pool terrace allows for effortless outdoor relaxation.

First Floor: A luxurious bedroom with en-suite bathroom opens onto a terrace with stunning sea views, while a side view offers a glimpse of a tranquil lake.

Additional amenities include private parking, air conditioning (hot & cold), wireless internet throughout, and satellite TV in every room (including Netflix).

KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you might need: Electric oven, cooker
hood, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender, Nespresso Machine
and coffee maker.

UTILITY ROOM: Includes all the basics: Iron and ironing board and a washing machine.

LIVING ROOM: High quality design and furnishing, including comfortable sofa, LCD satellite TV

HOUSEKEEPING:

One time per week maid service free of charge.

This unspoiled area of south Corfu is the perfect location for those looking for a beach holiday away from the crowds. Beyond the sand dunes you’ll discover an area of Corfu quite different to that of the northern areas. The beaches seem to stretch for miles and can be quite deserted even at the height of the season and you can easily discover an isolated area with utter privacy.
The area is also home to Lake Korission, a lagoon which is a popular area for a multitude of endangered birds. There are a few traditional restaurants scattered around the area but nightlife is very low-key. The area is rather flat and with its verdant olive groves and orchards is a popular area for agriculture.
