Villa Description
‘Avlaki On The Beach’ has the ultimate location. If your perfect family holiday is relaxing, swimming, relaxing, swimming then this villa has it all. As the name implies the property is situated right on Avlaki Beach in the heart of this picturesque peaceful resort with its two beach front tavernas on the doorstep.
The villa itself is split into two separate accommodations with two separate entrances and is ideal for two families or larger parties. The villa as a whole has six bedrooms sleeping up to 12 guests. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in each accommodation, each with a fully fitted kitchen and comfortable sitting room overlooking the pool and beach. Please note that the accommodations are not rented separately and both properties are identical.
The property is situated in a secure garden and boasts a large swimming pool set in stone patios. There is a dining area under the shaded pergola and brick built BBQ area.
Avlaki Bay is Corfu’s perfect picture postcard resort with its sweeping white pebble beach awarded a blue flag and its crystal clear waters. Here you will find a handful of upmarket beach front tavernas specialising in traditional Greek & seafood cuisine. This is not a happening resort, it’s peaceful and tranquil and perfect for relaxing. Here you can ‘while away’ an afternoon sat watching the yachts anchor up in the bay or for the more energetic there is a Sailing School offering Dinghy Sailing and Windsurfing. For a livelier night the harbour town of Kassiopi is just a 5 minute drive where you will find lots more restaurants, beach boutiques and cafe bars.

ACCESSIBILITY: There are various steps around the property so we are not suitable for disabled guests or those with extreme walking difficulties.

Just south of the harbour town of Kassiopi lies the tiny resort of Avlaki. Not really a village as such, the area is very popular with water sports enthusiasts who enjoy the excellent sailing and waters ports facilities on offer here from Corfu Sailing Centre.
The beach itself is a sweeping bay of white pebbles with lapping turquoise waters. The coastal road lies just behind the beach where you will find a couple of excellent tavernas with good reputations.

Cdifficile, ItalyDate of stay: September 2014 le case sono stupende, si sono 2 case attaccate con ingressi separati, costruite in maniera speculare; sono perfette per accogliere 12 persone 6 in ogni casa, hanno tutti i confort e non manca nulla. il posto è bellissimo, una delle spiagge più belle di tutta l'isola, tranquilla e frequentata da diverse bacche che vengono ad ormeggiare al molo dei 2 ottimi ristoranti che si trovano di fianco alla casa. non bisogna fare altro che aprire il cancello di casa e fare 5 passi per essere in acqua. ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista. Translation: The houses are beautiful, there are 2 houses attached with separate entrances, built in a specular manner; they are perfect to accommodate 12 people 6 in every house, they have all the comforts and nothing is missing. the place is beautiful, one of the most beautiful beaches of the whole island, quiet and frequented by different berries that come to moor at the dock of the 2 excellent restaurants that are next to the house. all you have to do is open the gate at home and take 5 steps to be in the water. excellent from all points of view.
