The interior is of a contemporary design and consists of two spacious ensuite bedrooms, a super modern kitchen, a living room with large windows to take in the stunning views, a dining area and a Guest WC.

The villa benefits from a lovely private swimming pool with infinity edge and is set within decking & stone patios. The villa is surrounded by contemporary verandas with glass balustrades, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views of the pretty coastline below and across the Corfu Channel to the coast Albania beyond. The villa has well tendered tropical gardens

Sleeping 4 guests comfortably, an additional 2 guests can be accommodated in the neighbouring Villa Loutrouvio as both properties although completely private with their own separate access, parking & own private pools, share the same plot.

Covered car parking space for guest use only (automatic door).
