Villa Pascalia is less than a ten minute stroll to the pretty village of Gastouri with it’s traditional tavernas. A perfect choice for couples or families who prefer not to have to use the car every evening. Located in a peaceful position surrounded by Pine, Cypress, Olive, fruit and nut trees.

Villa Pascalia has total privacy with views across the sea to the north east coast of Corfu and Mount Pantokrator. Cool spacious interiors with cathedral high ceilings open out on to covered verandas where you can enjoy your evenings relaxing. During the day you will take full advantage of the beautiful pool, where there are numerous sun loungers due to the choice of areas to relax.

Perhaps you prefer full sunshine on the patio by the pool or the shaded areas on the lawns in the garden bordered by Plumbago, Bougainvillaea and Roses. ​The fishing village of Benitses is a 10 minute drive where there is a good choice of great restaurants serving traditional Greek and family dishes. The sandy beach of Agios Gordis (on the west coast), is a 15 minute drive as is Corfu Town.

NB. Price based on 4 guests. Additional guests can be accommodated on the sofa beds at a supplement of €10pn.

Open plan lounge dining room with TV, DVD and CD player. Double sofa bed is available in the lounge area. The house is wifi enabled (2-3mbps) unlimited

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: Towels and linen provided. The villa is cleaned weekly and sheets and towels changed weekly. Pool towels provided.

Accessibility: The property is on one level with only 2 small steps to the pool.
Outside: BBQ is provided. Private swimming pool (9x5m depth 1×1.8m). 2 outside dining tables and chairs, on shaded terraces sun loungers with mattresses. The villa offers private gardens, with lovely views a lawned area and a side terrace, shaded by a large olive tree and bordered by plumbago, bougainvillaea and roses.

Gastouri village lies 10km south of Corfu Town making it the ideal location to enjoy the vast sandy beaches of the south, the UNESCO historical town of Corfu and the Achilleion Palace & gardens, once the home to Princess Sissi & Kaiser Wilhelm and where James Bond ‘For your Eyes only’ was filmed. This traditional Corfiot village has 3 tavernas, some tourist shops selling traditional olive wood ornaments etc, a couple of cafe bars & a mini-market for the very basics. It’s a sleepy village where the bread is still baked the traditional way and old ladies with Donkeys wander the streets carrying fresh produce on their heads. Gastouri was also awarded Greece best village. The area surrounding the village is well tendered and the location of many upmarket properties. This beautiful area is the perfect choice for those looking for a central location with easy access to the majority of Corfu Island with Benitses with it’s wonderful selection of restaurants just a five minute drive down from the centre of the village.
