Gilliane D.S, FranceDate of stay: August 2022 The house is magnificent and the facilities are excellent. The view from the bedrooms is breathtaking. There are a lot of steps to go down to the beach (around 200) which is a bit off putting. We had a little one yr old who needs to be carried and a grandmother with a knee issue so it was doable but you limit the amount of times you go down for a swim to three per day! The location beside Kaminaki beach is great. Lovely restaurant Thalassa and food deliveries from nearby Aphrodite supermarket and bakery facilitate life. Also worth hiring a title boat from Dimitri in Kaminaki but book before you go as he is quickly booked out. We also enjoyed using the tennis courts. Fabulous facility and view.
Serena H, Cambridge, UKDate of stay: August 2021 We had a great time at the villa and the setting was better then we ever imagined. The villa was perfect for my family and they made good use of all facilities.. it was amazing to have a tennis court ! Annabelle was always very helpful and quick to reply to any queries. Would love to book again for next year . The only thing that needs some improvement is the kitchen equipment . It was all quite dated for a villa of this standard especially the dishwasher. Would definitely use Prestige again . Many thanks! Hasberry Family
Sarah H, UKDate of stay: August 2021 Stone House is an absolutely beautiful villa. The views are stunning and the villa has everything you could possibly want. Nico the manager was really helpful and the daily cleaner was great. The two beaches you can walk to are nice though the climb back up is not for the faint hearted! The hotel on the beach played loud music at night but it was off by midnight. I would thoroughly recommend this lovely villa. Our response: Many thanks for your lovely review - we're glad you enjoyed your holiday with us but are surprised to read about the hotel noise, this has never been mentioned before - we asked the clients who were in after you and they said they didn't hear anything...
Elizabeth W, Chepstow UKDate of stay: August 2021 An exceptional villa in a great location ....and Prestige made everything very easy in the most difficult of times!!
Frances R, Kingston UKDate of stay: August 2021 A stunning villa in an even more stunning location. Views to die for, beautiful pool, a tennis court to yourselves and all the facilities you would expect to a really high standard. Great to be able to walk to the beach (although it’s a steep descent/ascent) and take water taxis to all the local tavernas. Our one niggle was that the WiFi is a bit patchy - fine near the pool, but less good indoors. We arranged for a cook on a couple of nights thanks to Prestigevillas’ recommendation (Stephen of Corfu Chef) which was well worth it, including a fabulous barbecue. We had excellent service from Prestige for any enquiries beforehand and our on-site support from Nico who was very helpful- providing us all with tennis rackets, for instance, when none were available. We would love to return here and would definitely use Prestige Villas again.
Ian W, Chester UKDate of stay: July 2021 The Stone House is a beautiful villa with stunning views across the sea to Corfu Town. Internally it is to a very high standard with ample space for all. Great kitchen with the addition of a large ice maker outside in the bar. TV with international and in particular UK movies. The house is immaculately maintained and spotlessly clean. Externally the gardens are wonderful and the pool area is perfect. With a large pool, air conditioned gym, table tennis and a tennis court there is lots for a family to do. Steps down to the beach (240) gives access to the sea. Some local tavernas will pick you up and drop you back at the beach. (Agni Taverna and Gylfa Taverna - both brilliant).
L Beck, London UKDate of stay: August 2020 This is a gorgeous villa which is well-supported by attentive staff. It features amazing views from so many areas — I particularly enjoyed escaping to the air-conditioned gym midday to run on the treadmill with the whole bay visible through huge glass doors. The tennis court is equally spectacular (and distracting!) view-wise. The bedroom situation was perfect for our set up: two families with teenage kids. Families with very young or older members may like to know that the short path to the two pebbly beaches is reached via 181 stone steps with handrails, fine for all of us except one with knee problems who struggled a bit. Discovering that tavernas in near bays would collect/return us by water taxi from the beach meant no one had to be designated driver. Equally, the villa is well set up for evening meals in and the space works well for all cooking together or for a chef coming in. The daily cleaning was an added bonus. We would definitely rent Stone House again!
