Sun loungers are strategically placed around the pool, each one positioned to offer both the warmth of the sun and plenty of shade, with large umbrellas ensuring ultimate comfort. An elegant bar area is positioned at one end of the patio, complete with comfortable stools and a stylish, modern design that beckons guests to unwind with refreshing drinks. Guests also have access to the estates tennis court at an additional fee of €75 per day.

This stunning property is within a discreet, private gated community of three exclusive homes. The villa is set in manicured gardens and enjoys magnificent views. The pool area is completely private and has an outside bar area and a covered jacuzzi. Plenty of sun-loungers and outside dining areas plus areas to relax on the quality wicker furniture.

Nissaki is one, if not, the most popular areas along the North East coast of Corfu for villa holidays. Nissaki spreads itself along a 3km stretch of stunning coastline, encompassing numerous bays and small mountain hamlets. The harbour is the focal point of the area, with a selection of traditional tavernas located around the pretty harbour and immaculate pebbly beach. Here you will find the clearest water, a haven for snorkelling. There are a good selection of restaurants here, Miltos Restaurant is the built on the edge of the rocky outcrop overlooking the sea and the beach. It’s the largest most popular taverna down in Nissaki where Agatha & Lakis and their family before them have been serving delicious home cooked food since 1955.

Daniel B, UKDate of stay: August 2025 We loved the Villa and staff. It was a fabulous experience having the tennis court and see easily accessible. The pool is magnificent and of course the views. There is plenty of space everywhere to have a large family not in the way of each other during quiet times. The gym equipment is basic with a treadmill and a bench only. I recommend sourcing some yoga or exercise mats or bring yourself. House manager and the cleaning help, both super nice, efficient and helpful. We would recommend car hire though as a must to get groceries and get around.
Louise W, Royston UKDate of stay: July 2025 This was our second stay at The Stone House. A wonderful, spacious villa which beautiful views. The House Manager, Nikos is very helpful and is only a phone call away if needed. Two lovely tavernas on the beach at the bottom of the steps which are great for lunch/dinner (Yiannis Taverna does the best pina coladas!) As well as the pool, there is outdoor table tennis, a pool table and some gym equipment. You also have use of the tennis court which is great under the flood lights at night. It really is a wonderful villa to stay in
Andrea C, UKDate of stay: July 2024 The villa looks and feels as if it's in the French Riviera - it is very luxurious and elegant. The setting, facilities and view are all astonishing. We loved walking down to the sea and using what felt like our own ladder to jump in the crystal waters.The walk back up is rather less joyful!The highlights for us included a day out on a skippered boat, hiring boats from Dimitri on the next beach and getting water taxis to Thula's and The White House. The manager, Nikos and housekeeper were so helpful.The younger members of the family played tennis, table tennis, pool and used the gym! This place feels like something from the Night Manager….perfect for a special holiday.

There are a lot of steps to go down to the beach (around 200) which is a bit off putting. We had a little one yr old who needs to be carried and a grandmother with a knee issue so it was doable but you limit the amount of times you go down for a swim to three per day! The location beside Kaminaki beach is great. Lovely restaurant Thalassa and food deliveries from nearby Aphrodite supermarket and bakery facilitate life. Also worth hiring a title boat from Dimitri in Kaminaki but book before you go as he is quickly booked out. We also enjoyed using the tennis courts. Fabulous facility and view.

The villa was perfect for my family and they made good use of all facilities.. it was amazing to have a tennis court ! Annabelle was always very helpful and quick to reply to any queries. Would love to book again for next year . The only thing that needs some improvement is the kitchen equipment . It was all quite dated for a villa of this standard especially the dishwasher. Nico the manager was really helpful and the daily cleaner was great. The two beaches you can walk to are nice though the climb back up is not for the faint hearted! The hotel on the beach played loud music at night but it was off by midnight. I would thoroughly recommend this lovely villa. Our response: Many thanks for your lovely review - we're glad you enjoyed your holiday with us but are surprised to read about the hotel noise, this has never been mentioned before - we asked the clients who were in after you and they said they didn't hear anything...
Frances R, Kingston UKDate of stay: August 2021 A stunning villa in an even more stunning location. Views to die for, beautiful pool, a tennis court to yourselves and all the facilities you would expect to a really high standard. Great to be able to walk to the beach (although it’s a steep descent/ascent) and take water taxis to all the local tavernas. Our one niggle was that the WiFi is a bit patchy - fine near the pool, but less good indoors. We arranged for a cook on a couple of nights thanks to Prestigevillas’ recommendation (Stephen of Corfu Chef) which was well worth it, including a fabulous barbecue. We had excellent service from Prestige for any enquiries beforehand and our on-site support from Nico who was very helpful- providing us all with tennis rackets, for instance, when none were available. We would love to return here and would definitely use Prestige Villas again.
