‘Loutrouvio’, a local term used for an Olive Press was built in the 1800’s, the beautiful property was recently fully renovated yet still manages to retained its original charm.

The 100m2 open plan design of the building with the thick stone walls is the perfect escape from the heat of the sun. A perfect property for a couple looking for a romantic holiday, the bedroom is located in the gallery area and overlooks the open space below where there is a large fully fitted kitchen, a dining table and comfortable living area with a jacuzzi next to the fireplace giving a touch of romance!

The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room has a satellite TV and a DVD player, and a small stereo is also available. In the living room’s red lacquer cupboard, the guest can find a selection of game boards, and on the ‘’hanging library’’ a range of books and DVDs’.

There’s a lovely swimming pool set in decking, an attractive chill-out lounge areas and neat tropical gardens. There is an outside dining area and a stone-built BBQ ideal for those who enjoy cooking at home. Covered car parking space for guest use only (automatic door).
