There’s a covered pergola to escape the heat and for those who enjoy dining at home, a large stone BBQ will keep the BBQ enthusiasts extremely happy.

What impressed us on our first viewing was the lovely wrap around covered veranda with a large dining table, there’s plenty of space to relax and enjoy the lovely views.

The villa is just a short walk to the local village where there are a couple of traditional tavernas, a little further brings you into the centre of Kato Korakiana dating back to 5th Century where you will find a selection of bars, cafes, restaurants and a mini-market.

Lounge/dining/kitchen:
A spacious air-conditioned living area with two sofas offers space for a good conversation over a good wine or cocktail. In the colder season, a fireplace can add to the cozy atmosphere. If you prefer to dine indoors together (also with a view of the sea), a high table with an extension can accommodate up to 12 people.

On the lower floor there is a central recreation room. A refrigerator and a coffee machine or an additional kettle are available here.
