From the parking area, steps lead up to the main entrance where you are welcomed into an open-plan living and dining space with a modern fitted kitchen. Large glass doors open out to a covered veranda featuring an elegant dining area for eight guests and spectacular views over the Nissaki coastline. Also on this level is the master suite, complete with a king-size bed, dressing area, and en-suite shower room, along with private French doors opening to a balcony overlooking the sea. A guest cloakroom completes this floor.

Upper Level
An elegant sitting room with high wooden ceilings occupies the top floor, creating a bright and airy retreat. This space includes a bar area with a drinks fridge and a full collection of glassware, perfect for entertaining. French windows open onto a spacious covered veranda, stylishly furnished with rattan seating, providing the ideal setting for sunset cocktails and relaxed evenings.

Lower Level
The lower ground floor features three spacious bedrooms—two doubles and one twin, each with their own en-suite shower room, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. A utility and laundry room is also located on this level.

Outdoor Living
The property boasts an exceptionally large swimming pool, surrounded by stone terraces and comfortable loungers, offering a variety of peaceful spots to relax and unwind. Due to the design of this property it is not recommended for those with walking difficulties.

Nissaki is one, if not, the most popular areas along the North East coast of Corfu for villa holidays. Nissaki spreads itself along a 3km stretch of stunning coastline, encompassing numerous bays and small mountain hamlets. The harbour is the focal point of the area, with a selection of traditional tavernas located around the pretty harbour and immaculate pebbly beach. Here you will find the clearest water, a haven for snorkelling. There are a good selection of restaurants here, Miltos Restaurant is the built on the edge of the rocky outcrop overlooking the sea and the beach. It’s the largest most popular taverna down in Nissaki where Agatha & Lakis and their family before them have been serving delicious home cooked food since 1955.
