The theme is very much Mediterranean, from the interior design with soft furnishing in cool natural colours to the terracotta pots with bright geraniums which adorn the numerous flagged patio areas surrounding the house and the pool area. The ambiance is very much of a relaxing, calming environment where the stresses of everyday life are a world away.

‘The Stone House’ has only just recently been completed and will not disappoint the most discerning traveller. Furnished to the very highest of standard, the fixtures and fittings are contemporary.

​The house has evolved from what was originally the dream of owning a shack in the olive groves above the North East coast. The British owners found their perfect plot of land just above Ag Stefanos & Kerasia with the beaches and wonderful waterside restaurants all within a five minute drive. They designed and oversaw the building of this beautiful creation, close enough to the life but yet a haven of tranquillity and coolness in the shade of the Olive trees.

Master Bedroom En-suite with Contemporary style fittings. bath, overhead shower, sink & WC, French Windows with views of the Olive groves.
Bedroom 2 En-suite with large enclosed shower, sink & WC.
Guest loo with WC & Sink

Kitchen:
High specification fitted kitchen with granite worktops & quality appliances. Ceramic Hob, Fully Fitted Oven, Integrated Dishwasher at eye level & Full size Fridge/Freezer. French Windows out onto the patio and pool area.

Large open plan Living Room with high vaulted ceilings. Double Aspect French Windows opening out onto the front of the house with its covered veranda & pool area and to the rear of the property patios overlooking the Olive groves. Open Fireplace & TV.

ACCESSIBILITY: There are various steps around the property so we are not suitable for disabled guests or those with extreme walking difficulties. .

The picture postcard village of Agios Stefanos lies just south of the harbour resort of Kassiopi, and is the heart of the North East coast of Corfu. It’s a magnet for sailing yachts and luxury motor boats who love to anchor up in the bay arriving by private tender at one of the jetties belonging to one of the upmarket tavernas which line the waterfront. Along the lane there are a few cocktail bars with a relaxed atmosphere, a couple of small mini-markets and a stylish boutique or two. Favourite restaurants include Taverna Galini which is the oldest restaurant in the village and Eucalyptus on the shoreline. A recommended day out from Agios Stephanos is to rent a small day boat from San Stefano Boats who offer a great selection of brand new, safe, reliable and easy to drive motor boats (no licence required).
