Villa Aurelia | Nr Agios Stefanos
4 + Guest WCVilla, Rooms & Outside information
Villa Description
Exclusive to Prestige Villas of Corfu, Villa Aurelia is a traditional style villa, originally constructed in 2003 and now under new ownership. Recently modernised, the villa now boasts four brand-new contemporary bathrooms, all with walk-in glass showers, a guest cloakroom, a fifth bedroom, and a new environmentally friendly solar system, making it an ideal choice for families or groups seeking space, comfort and value.
The villa is set in a highly sought-after location, less than 2km from the picture-postcard village of Agios Stephanos, renowned for its exceptional waterside tavernas, relaxed bars and a small selection of stylish beach boutiques. Surrounded by mature gardens and olive groves, Villa Aurelia enjoys a peaceful setting while remaining just a short drive from the livelier harbour village of Kassiopi.
From the front, the villa presents as a single-storey bungalow. Inside, the main living level features a spacious open-plan living and dining area and a large, well-equipped kitchen. French windows lead out onto a sea-view balcony with a dining table for ten and a built-in BBQ, perfect for relaxed alfresco meals. Open beamed ceilings and cool tiled floors create a light, airy atmosphere, especially welcome during the height of the summer.
The master bedroom is located on this level and offers a king-size bed, fully fitted wardrobes and a stylish contemporary en-suite shower room.
A spiral staircase leads down to the lower floor, where you’ll find four further bright and sunny bedrooms (two doubles and two twins). Three of these bedrooms have their own modern en-suite shower rooms. This level also benefits from a separate external entrance, making it an ideal space for teenagers or young adults who enjoy a little independence.
Outside, the villa features a generous gated swimming pool set within stone-paved terraces, furnished with sunbeds and parasols and enjoying all-day sunshine. The gardens are private, walled and well established, and there is a driveway with parking for several vehicles.
Villa Aurelia is a fantastic choice for larger families or groups of friends looking for a spacious, well-priced villa in the heart of Corfu’s prestigious North East Coast — affectionately known as “Kensington upon Sea.”

Is this area suitable for me?
Beach – Shingle
Restaurants & Bars – Yes a nice selection along the waters edge
Boat Hire – Yes with San Stefano Boats
Supermarkets – A couple of mini-markets
‘Highlights’ – Picturesque bay with great restaurants, popular with sailing yachts
The picture postcard village of Agios Stefanos lies just south of the harbour resort of Kassiopi, and is the heart of the North East coast of Corfu. It’s a magnet for sailing yachts and luxury motor boats who love to anchor up in the bay arriving by private tender at one of the jetties belonging to one of the upmarket tavernas which line the waterfront. Along the lane there are a few cocktail bars with a relaxed atmosphere, a couple of small mini-markets and a stylish boutique or two. Favourite restaurants include Taverna Galini which is the oldest restaurant in the village and Eucalyptus on the shoreline. A recommended day out from Agios Stephanos is to rent a small day boat from San Stefano Boats who offer a great selection of brand new, safe, reliable and easy to drive motor boats (no licence required).

Kevin G, Rotherham, UKDate of stay: June 2018 We had a great 7 nights, because there was only 2 adult couples the villa was plenty large enough and so was the pool and sunbathing area. although the villa is next to the road from Sinies to Agios Stefanos, its very well secluded behind the wall and plants, so its still peaceful.
Cristiana L, ItalyDate of stay: June 2018 The villa was just perfect for our holiday: plenty of room, a beautiful pool, surrounded by greenery, quiet and comfortable. I don't know how life in Corfu is in high season, but in June, although we were not so lucky with the weather, it is a paradise. I would strongly recommend a holiday here!
Dylan WDate of stay: August 2017 We're coming back! Wonderful! The pool was enormous. The air con a godsend during the heatwave.
Lucy LDate of stay: June 2017 Lovely Place in Excellent Location. Great property with all the facilities you could want. We only stayed one week and were surprised when we had a cleaner come mid-week who changed the bedding and towels. The pool is lovely too. The location was excellent, we never drove more than 20 mins. You can catch a boat from Kassiopi to Corfu town and other destinations and there are some beautiful beaches nearby - Kalamaki was especially good with young children. Only a couple of niggles: the internal spiral staircase was a bit of a hazard with the young children (four under 4yrs) which we hadn't realised when booking (we used furniture to block it off); also, it would have been useful to have had more cleaning equipment available such as cloths and mops so as to keep the areas (particularly the outside balcony under the dinner table) clean. Having said that, there was plenty of toilet paper and dishwasher tablets which was appreciated. There were also nice homely touches such as reading books, games and some children's books. I'd happily go back and would recommend it to others. I'd also recommend hiring a car through the company - we got a 9 seater and the pick up and drop off was so quick and easy - we were leaving the airport within an hour of landing. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.
