Karen B, Rugby, UKDate of stay: July/August 2018 Amazing villa and the owner was very attentive and helpful. She could organise lots of things and would particularly recommend the cheese and wine evening Car is useful. Water park is good if you have children. Lots of nice beaches nearby

Steve R, UKDate of stay: June 2018 Villa Giovannina was excellent in every respect , Sofia had thought of and provided everything for a relaxing stay. Her willingness to help organise trips was useful although we didn't take her up on this due to the poor weather during our stay. The proximity to Corfu Town and its many restaurants and bars meant that we had a great deal of choice of where to eat at night and we went to a different one every night. Though beware of the parking and the locals driving, chaotic is an understatement. As the villa is fairly close to the airport and the flight path there is aircraft noise at times but you get used to it but it certainly did not spoil our holiday. As has been widely reported, the piles of rubbish littering the island is an eyesore and will no doubt have an effect on tourist numbers in the future. However it was clear that something was being done during the time of our holiday with some of the rubbish being removed. All in all inspite of the weather and the Greek drivers we had a relaxed week. Our Response: Thanks for your great review! With regards to the aircraft, we do encounter aircraft noise over the majority of the island. Giovannina is located south of the airport and would usually only encounter aircraft on approach over the sea. Also pleased to report that the rubbish situation has now been resolved!
David B, Isle of Man, UKDate of stay: May/June 2018 The villa is simply beautiful, tastefully but thoughtfully furnished and equipped with an abundance of outside space and breath taking views. Tips for other travellers Perama sits between Corfu Town and Benitses and the No.6 bus at the bottom of the road will take you to both. Corfu Town is beautiful particularly in the evening, awash with restaurants, bars and pavement culture.
Tomas, SlovakiaDate of stay: May 2018 Beautiful villa, excellently equipped, wonderful and friendly owner and staff with those little things that make a huge difference. For us, simply perfect.
Ana MariaDate of stay: September 2017 For a couple of months our family spent the evenings looking for a place that could satisfy the needs of our group of 9 people. Among all the possible solutions in Corfu, villa Giovannina really stood out. When we arrived we were surprised to see that the villa was even more charming in reality than in pictures , especially the ground level with the pool and the room in front of it. Unfortunately eating breakfast on the porch wasn't perfect because of the presence of bees trying to eat what's on the table , but that is a natural characteristic of the local fauna. Katerina and Sophie were always available and forthcoming , our stay was really out of this world. Leaving the place was the hardest part of our holiday trip
