Prasoudi beach with its wonderful family-run Oceanos restaurant is a half hour walk from the villa. Paramonas village has a traditonal Greek atmosphere with a sandy beach & a choice of seafront tavernas.

This spacious villa is well designed with the living area on the first floor. The large open-plan sitting room has comfortable sofas and a fireplace, a dining area & a modern kitchen with a feature island. The Master Bedroom with en-suite shower room and a separate dressing room is also on this floor.

Wall to wall glass doors open on to a large veranda spanning the full width of the villa and can be accessed from both the living areas and the master bedroom. This large area takes full advantage of the beautiful sea views and the amazing sunsets this coast has to offer. The veranda has a dining table for 8 and comfortable seating.

There are a further 3 bedrooms on the ground floor all with ensuite shower rooms (one also with a bath) and separate dressing rooms. All bedrooms have large glass patio windows opening onto the private 10m x 6m infinity pool area and enjoy lovely sea views
