Prasoudi beach with its wonderful family-run Oceanos restaurant is a half hour walk from the villa. Paramonas village has a traditonal Greek atmosphere with a sandy beach & a choice of seafront tavernas.

This spacious villa is well designed with the living area on the first floor. The large open-plan sitting room has a stylish comfortable sofa and a fireplace, a dining area & a modern kitchen with a feature island. The Master Bedroom with en-suite shower room and a separate dressing room is also on this floor.

Wall to wall glass doors open on to a large veranda spanning the full width of the villa and can be accessed from both the living areas and the master bedroom. This large area takes full advantage of the beautiful sea views and the amazing sunsets this coast has to offer. The veranda has a dining table for 8 and ample rattan sofas, coffee table, parasols for shade and sunloungers.

There are a further 3 bedrooms (2 Doubles & 1 Twin) on the ground floor each with ensuite shower rooms with walk in showers (Twin also with a bath), all with a separate dressing room. All bedrooms have large glass patio windows opening onto their own furnished veranda with access to the vast patios surrounding the private 10m x 6m infinity pool. The whole of the property enjoy lovely sea views

The villa benefits from a good sized private infinity swimming pool (10m x 6m) set in tiled patios with comfortable rattan sun loungers with sponge mattress & parasols. Outdoor dining table on the upper veranda with lounge area with 3 rattan sofas & coffee table, a perfect spot to enjoy evening drinks watching the spectacular sunsets over the sea. Concrete driveway and parking area for multiple vehicles and the whole plot is fenced and completely private.
