Villa Description
Villa Leila and the neighbouring Villa Lili are a pair of beautifully designed, identical villas boasting one of the most desirable locations on the island. Located along a quiet lane just 70 metres from the harbour and beach, these contemporary villas offer the perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience, both with the soothing sound of the sea as your backdrop.
From the side of the villas, a coastal path leads directly down to the water’s edge, where guests can enjoy peaceful morning swims in the crystal-clear sea before the village awakens.
Each villa features its own private swimming pool, surrounded by sun terraces ideal for relaxing or dining alfresco. Inside, the décor is modern and refined, with bright, open-plan living spaces and high-quality furnishings throughout, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere.

Nissaki is one, if not, the most popular areas along the North East coast of Corfu for villa holidays. Nissaki spreads itself along a 3km stretch of stunning coastline, encompassing numerous bays and small mountain hamlets. The harbour is the focal point of the area, with a selection of traditional tavernas located around the pretty harbour and immaculate pebbly beach. Here you will find the clearest water, a haven for snorkelling. There are a good selection of restaurants here, Miltos Restaurant is the built on the edge of the rocky outcrop overlooking the sea and the beach. It’s the largest most popular taverna down in Nissaki where Agatha & Lakis and their family before them have been serving delicious home cooked food since 1955.

Mark S, IrelandDate of stay: June 2024 The villa was immaculate, with beautiful decor & touches throughout. The views from upstairs balcony of the sea, with boats passing, was fabulous. The pool area was perfect, we were family of 3 with a teen, and he loved the villa facilities. Location was ideal, a short walk to the amazing Nissaki beach, with a choice of tavernas and a fab beach bar, for sundowners. I would recommend hiring a boat at Nissaki for the day & travelling up the coast stopping to snorkel along the way, mooring up for lunch in a taverna. We also availed of the taxi boat to nearby tavernas which was fun, & it drops you back to Nissaki pier. You don’t need car hire at this location, but it’s handy to have to travel to nearby villages. There is small supermarket next door to the villa too, for all necessities. Overall, I loved the villa in my favourite location. We will be back! Thank you for a great holiday.
Philippa S, GuernseyDate of stay: May 2024 We spent a wonderful week at Villa Leila. It’s the perfect place to unwind and relax, but close enough to several lovely restaurants to walk to. The owners greeted us warmly to check everything was alright. The Villa was beautifully laid out, with lots of space and areas to move around to choose whether you wanted sun or shade. Very comfortable and tastefully designed. The infinity pool had a view over the ocean and very private. We would definitely recommend and visit again in the future.
