John T, UKDate of stay: October 2021 Firstly Prestige Villa of Corfu were so helpful and everything at the Villa was perfect including the unpacking of a shop we did before arrival. The Villa was spotless. It was located on the West Coast in the attractive resort of Agios Gordios which was full of shops, restaurants and bars as well as a nice sandy beach. We had a wonderful romantic holiday. The TV was great with 100s of films to watch but took some working out we also never got the music system working - more instructions on both would be handy. BUT all in all 5 STAR. Thank you.
Richard M, GermanyDate of stay: September 2021 Hallo, vielen Dank für ihre schöne Unterkunft. Uns hat der Aufenthalt bei Ihnen sehr gut gefallen. Auch der Pool war sehr erfrischend. Trotzdem müssen wir auch sagen, dass die Villa ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der Pool sowie der Grill müsste mal renoviert werden. Die Poolpumpe ging plötzlich nachts an und allgemein ist diese sehr laut. Die Küche ist an einigen Stellen defekt. Leider hatten wir keine Möglichkeit unseren Müll zu entsorgen, so dass wir den Müll vor das Grundstück stellen mussten. Tiere hatten den M Müll in der nacht dann verteilt. Dennoch waren wir zu Frieden und buchen gerne das nächste Mal wieder bei Ihnen. Nevertheless, we have to say that the villa is getting a bit old. The pool and the grill need to be renovated. The pool pump suddenly came on at night and it is generally very loud. The kitchen is broken in some places. Unfortunately we had no way to dispose of our garbage, so we had to put the garbage in front of the property. Animals then distributed the M rubbish that night. Nevertheless, we were at peace and would like to book with you again next time. Villa Lentzos has actually just been sold so we expect the issues to be recitified by the new owners! Regarding the rubbish - the municipality recently moved the bins from the main road near the villa to the road above Agios Gordios, which is difficult to get to without a car! Had we known you didn't have a car we would have asked the gardener or pool guy to take it for you! We hope to welcome you back to Corfu soon!!

We decided not to hire a car and judging by people trying to park by the beach, I think we made the right decision! We got used to walking up the hill, it was very steep and you would need to have a reasonable amount of fitness to do this everyday ! We would definitely return to this area.
Sheila W, Dorset, UKDate of stay: September 2019 We had a few glitches when we first arrived - no instructions for the TV and couldn't work out how to put the cooker on because the instructions were in the dining area unit, rather than kitchen. Villa company were quick to sort these things out. also had problems with a snake, again these were quickly sorted by putting powder down to deter them. Villa and gardens lovely and also liked the resort. walking down the hill was easy but as others have said not possible in the heat of the day to go up. some villas we have stayed in have a book that people can put comments in which would have been useful - for example after the second day we learnt that you can order fresh meat from the greengrocers - only place in the village you could get it. would definitely go back to the resort but not in Sept due to wasps, and would go back to the villa if it was at the bottom of the hill.

Il faut absolument une voiture car ça monte pas mal pour arriver à la maison ! En aout, Corfou bat son plein, donc le parking près des plages n'est pas toujours facile mais on trouve toujours des solutions. Translation: Had a great week in this well designed house. The pool is a nice touch when you do not want to go to the beach. A car is absolutely necessary because it's very high up, to arrive at the house! In August, Corfu is in full swing, so parking near the beaches is not always easy but we always find solutions.

Many restaurants along the seafront where we loved to watch the amazing sunset every evening. We will definitely be back - thank you Jane, Annabelle and team!
Julie S, Newark, UKDate of stay: June 2019 We have visited Agios Gordios 5 times but this is the first time we have stayed out of the village itself. We had reservations about the proximity of the villa to the shops/restaurants/beach etc but we found we really enjoyed leaving the heat and hustle bustle behind and retreating to the calm and cool of the villa with our own pool. We had small grandchildren with us so we hired a car which we used every day to go down to the beach as the hill is quite challenging for the elderly and very young in the heat of the day. The villa had a real home from home feel with everything you need to be self sufficient. I did the online food shop which was just amazing. All the food was sorted and refrigerated on our arrival. Plus a great welcome pack! A very enjoyable week! Thank you Prestige Villas!
