Villa Description
Villa Lili and neigbouring Villa Leila are a pair of beautifully designed, identical villas boasting one of the most desirable locations on the island. Located along a quiet lane just 70 metres from the harbour and beach, these contemporary villas offer the perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience, both with the soothing sound of the sea as your backdrop.
From the side of the villas, a coastal path leads directly down to the water’s edge, where guests can enjoy peaceful morning swims in the crystal-clear sea before the village awakens.
Each villa features its own private swimming pool, surrounded by sun terraces ideal for relaxing or dining alfresco. Inside, the décor is modern and refined, with bright, open-plan living spaces and high-quality furnishings throughout, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere.

Nissaki is one, if not, the most popular areas along the North East coast of Corfu for villa holidays. Nissaki spreads itself along a 3km stretch of stunning coastline, encompassing numerous bays and small mountain hamlets. The harbour is the focal point of the area, with a selection of traditional tavernas located around the pretty harbour and immaculate pebbly beach. Here you will find the clearest water, a haven for snorkelling. There are a good selection of restaurants here, Miltos Restaurant is the built on the edge of the rocky outcrop overlooking the sea and the beach. It’s the largest most popular taverna down in Nissaki where Agatha & Lakis and their family before them have been serving delicious home cooked food since 1955.

The layout is great, the kitchen is really well equipped, there are three smart TVs, luxe bathrooms, it’s beautifully finished and the view is spectacular. I honestly couldn’t fault it. It was lovely to have the covered balcony when we needed to get out of the sun. There was a very thoughtful welcome gift including wine, butter, ham, cheese, bread, cookies, coffee, water and milk. Just a couple of minutes walk to a small beach, a couple of supermarkets and a few restaurants.

The communication was smooth and fast. The area is very cosy with the sea is just within a short walk, nice local restaurants and a grocery shop really next door. We enjoyed our stay 100% and would highly recommend to our friends.

Perfect location only a few minutes walk from Nissaki harbour where we started the day with swims across the bay followed by delicious breakfasts at Almyra beach cafe. Nearby restaurants worth a visit include Glyfa, Toulas, Agni Taverna and the White House, all of which can be reached by boat taxi from Nissaki Bay. Some restaurants will provide this service otherwise you’ll need to book privately via George boat taxis. Nissaki bay is stunning however the beach is very small so it’s worth hiring a car if you want to explore nearby bays/beaches. We hired a boat from Danny in Nissaki harbour for the day which allowed us to visit the beautiful bays along the north east coast including Kalami, San Stefano where we stopped for lunch at the fabulous Eucalyptus restaurant and then onto Kassiopi. The Villa itself was done to a very high standard including a well kept garden and pool. Fabulous views out to sea from both levels! Nothing was too much trouble, anything we needed Julia (the area manager) was on hand to sort out in record time! Definitely worth a visit. We loved every minute of our stay.

The villa's sea views are breathtaking and it's location ideal, within only a short walking distance of the beach and local tavernas. The villa is modern and spacious. Nissaki is such a lovely, quiet, relaxing place and was everything we wanted it to be. We organised a food shop with Prestige to be delivered before our arrival so it was great to not have to worry about supplies as we had a late arrival. We hired a boat from Nissaki bay for a day and explored all the little hidden beaches. Communication with Julia the Villa coordinator was great and she was so helpful. We definitely want to come back and were very sad to leave. A great base to explore Corfu. Villa Lili was our little retreat for a week.
