Perched in the hills above Nissaki, the villa overlooks the charming harbour below and sits at the heart of this glorious stretch of coastline. Light, airy and beautifully decorated in calming coastal tones, the interior perfectly complements the seascape beyond.
Set above a quiet lane and accessed via a steep private driveway, the villa features three stylish bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, each with its own contemporary en-suite bath or shower room. Every bedroom boasts French windows that frame the same mesmerising sea view, ensuring our guests wake to a postcard-perfect panorama each morning. High-quality mattresses enhance comfort, while underfloor heating provides added luxury during the cooler months.

Kitchen: Open plan modern fully fitted kitchen with built in appliances, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Neff Oven, ceramic hob & extractor fan. Also a choice of 3 coffee machines including Nespresso!
Outside Areas
The paved patios and infinity pool are bathed in sunshine whilst the shade can be found under the covered verandas for relaxing and outdoor dining. There are six modern sunbeds and dining table for 6. The pool can be heated at a supplement charge.

Nissaki Area
Nissaki is one, if not the most popular areas along the North East coast of Corfu for villa holidays. Nissaki spreads itself along a 3km stretch of stunning coastline, encompassing numerous bays and small mountain hamlets. The harbour is the focal point of the area, with a selection of traditional tavernas located around the pretty harbour and immaculate pebbly beach. Here you will find the clearest water, a haven for snorkelling. There are a good selection of restaurants here, Miltos Restaurant is the built on the edge of the rocky outcrop overlooking the sea and the beach. It’s the largest most popular taverna down in Nissaki where Agatha & Lakis and their family before them have been serving delicious home cooked food since 1955.
We have a great selection of villas in Nissaki, all of which are scattered along the coast, most of which enjoy utterly spectacular views of the sea.

Covid caused our holiday to be put off a year, meaning some extra red tape and paperwork for everyone but everything went well. Great communication, quick replies, no problems. I can recommend everything about Prestige Villas, down to the Villa Cat, Jack!

Susan H, UKDate of stay: October 2020 This Villa has everything you need for your stay. It has a view beyond what you can imagine, it is tucked away in the hills but still really close to everything. The villa itself is very well stocked with everything you could need for cooking and eating and every thing is just so well thought out. The design and build offers absolute comfort and privacy. The finish and furnishings are absolute luxury. We were there for a week and loved every minute. Aphrodite, she closest shop, has every thing you need and I can recommend them as well. But, as others have said. The initial drive up was an experience but well worth it for the view and the villa.

The villa was really well equipped with everything we could need. Having a few welcome groceries was a nice unexpected surprise. There was even a bottle of chilled white wine in the fridge which we enjoyed on the terrace with lunch - perfect! Would highly recommend.

The villa was so comfortable but stylish and clean. The infinity pool was such a treat- we all enjoyed leaning on the edge of the pool just admiring the views. We can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed re-visiting our favourite places and tavernas as well as trying out some new ones. We hired a boat again for a day, this time spending a leisurely lunch in San Stephano. We love the pebble beach in Nissaki where the crystal clear, turquoise waters are ideal for swimming and snorkelling. This villa is an absolute joy to visit and I'm sure we will return for a third time very soon.
Tim M, UKDate of stay: August 2020 Villa Pelagos has amazing views across the Bay to Corfu Town and has a lovely infinity pool that blends into this stunning view which we will remember through the cold English winter. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and well appointed and the kitchen is full of everything you could need, with a nice barbeque outside also. The Pool was cleaned regularly but the we had to make a special arrangement to have the Villa cleaned just once, due to the Covid-19 precautions in place on the Island. We used the company's own online shopping service to fill the fridge with food and drink which was there on arrival. The drive is very steep in places which was a problem the first time up with five people and suitcases in the car - everyone out! Once practised i didn't have any problems getting up and down over the two weeks.
