Nissaki is one, if not, the most popular areas along the North East coast of Corfu for villa holidays. Nissaki spreads itself along a 3km stretch of stunning coastline, encompassing numerous bays and small mountain hamlets. The harbour is the focal point of the area, with a selection of traditional tavernas located around the pretty harbour and immaculate pebbly beach. Here you will find the clearest water, a haven for snorkelling. There are a good selection of restaurants here, Miltos Restaurant is the built on the edge of the rocky outcrop overlooking the sea and the beach. It’s the largest most popular taverna down in Nissaki where Agatha & Lakis and their family before them have been serving delicious home cooked food since 1955.

Rachel RoseDate of stay: July 2018 We recently stayed at Villa Serendipity for two weeks. It was the perfect size for our family of four and the villa has been finished to a high standard and has everything you need. The view is beautiful over the bay and the location is close to amenities but is in a quiet spot. We would definitely recommend staying at the villa and we would look to stay again.
Lynne BDate of stay: June 2018 This was my second stay at the villa and won’t be my last. Furnished to such a high standard and equipped for every eventuality. Outside area is stunning, planned so well. Outside table near kitchen door perfect for early morning breakfast in the sun. Stunning views and area. Spent hours on the balcony at night looking at the stars and listening to owls calling. So relaxing but within easy reach of some amazing restaurants. Both the owners and Denise house keeper couldn’t be more helpful. Locals are so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Probably my favourite place in the world. Thank you again for an amazing holiday
Rita S.Date of stay: May 2018 That was one of the best villas I have ever rented. Firstly, the view takes your breath away! There was everything you could possibly need in the villa and everything was very clean too. The staff that looked after the villa was very friendly. I loved the big folder that owners left with all the info about the villa, area and the island. It was so handy and had a really nice touch with personal recommendations of restaurants to eat, foods to try and places to see. Kids especially loved the swimming pool and all the equipment for swimming that was in there. My 10 year old daughter said this was the best holiday too! The area was also great. In fact, we travelled around the island and every time we came back to Nissaki (where the villa was, every time we all agreed that this was the nicest part of the island. There are really cool restaurants just round the corner, a few shops, a bakery, petrol station and a few rocky beaches. I could not recommend this villa enough and I know for sure that we will be back there too.
Cheryl E.Date of stay: August 2016 This was my second stay at Villa Serendipity and the magic of waking up in such beautiful surroundings was just the same. We woke each day saying 'Another day in paradise----'. The villa is beautifully equipped and guests feel instantly at home. The open, sunny aspect to the downstairs living area enables everyone to socialise and relax. The villa is well maintained with housekeeper, gardener and pool man visiting twice a week. All the guests have to do is enjoy the wonderful pool and have fun.! I thoroughly recommend Serendipity and there's no doubt in my mind that ' I'll be back!!'.
The Edmondson F.Date of stay: July 2016 We initially choose the villa Serendipity for its location, easy to reach Corfu Town, close to the villages and beaches of the north east coast, fabulous views but only 50m from the main coast road. This villa ticks all these boxes. We would recommend hiring a car for visiting various taverna's and supermarkets located in the vicinity. There is an excellent fish taverna in walking distance. The villa itself is exceedingly well equipped. The layout and facilities have been carefully though through which makes for a very relaxing holiday. The pool and surrounding terrace area with views across the bay and all day sunshine are hard to tear yourself away from. The villa is well maintained and very clean, thanks to Denise, much appreciated. The booking process via Janet was straight forward, all points were dealt with quickly. Mrs Lizzie HDate of stay: May 2016 We have stayed at Serendipity 4 times. It is always beautifully clean, well maintained and very comfortable - we always find everything we need. The views are stunning. We feel that it has everything to offer for our family holiday as it is a peaceful retreat but within walking distance of a cafe (Crystal Blue) wonderful taverna (Taverna Glyfa) and idyllic beach. Everything further afield is easily accessible by car. The property is spacious and everyone can find their own place to relax and nothing is too much trouble for the staff who clean and maintain to an incredibly high standard.
