In addition to the main house, the detached cottage is located in the gardens. The cottage operates as an independent fully equipped villa but is included in the rental rate and is not rented separately. The cottage has its own private exterior area with patio dining furniture, sun loungers and a small swimming pool.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood, yet having the advantage of being within walking distance of Gouvia village with a great choice of restaurants and bars. Just a fifteen minute drive brings you to the historical centre of Corfu Old Town.

Centrally located giving easy access to the majority of Corfu is the resort of Gouvia. This resort has something for everyone. The village itself has a great choice of restaurants serving every type of cuisine imaginable. There’s a Mexican, a Thai, an Indian, an Italian and lots of traditional Greek Tavernas serving homecooked meals. The village has a small bay with shingle beach, the water here is shallow and very safe for children.
