This dual aspect suite has sliding glass doors onto spacious verandas which enjoy lovely views of the north east coast. The further three bedrooms (1 double & 2 twins) are located on the lower garden level and have access to a family bathroom, a family shower room and a separate guest WC.

The open plan living area is extremely comfortable with 3 sofas, dining table and a fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops and the usually electrical appliances one would expect.

From the lounge area there are sliding doors out onto the covered veranda where you can enjoy relaxed breakfasts, lazy lunches and alfresco evening dining and BBQs.

The large tiled swimming pool sits within paved patios with ample sun loungers and parasols.

There are electric gates to the front of the property, a long private driveway and vehicle parking.

Centrally located giving easy access to the majority of Corfu is the resort of Gouvia. This resort has something for everyone. The village itself has a great choice of restaurants serving every type of cuisine imaginable. There’s a Mexican, a Thai, an Indian, an Italian and lots of traditional Greek Tavernas serving homecooked meals. The village has a small bay with shingle beach, the water here is shallow and very safe for children.
