Nicky K, UKDate of stay: July 2019 'Our perfect holiday' Just returned from a very good holiday at this wonderful villa Acacia. As soon as we drove down the driveway we see the fabulous inviting pool we instantly knew we had chose the right villa. The grounds are lovely with a great sea view, comfortable beds and great furniture throughout. We loved the location (although a car is a must) but is close to Corfu town ( definatley worth a visit) Govia beach, and a great selection of restaurants. A big thank you to the villa management team who helped our holiday run smoothly....first class service. Great day out on the speed Boat....DO NOT MISS IT!

David S, UKDate of stay: June 2018 This was a very comfortable holiday in a nice contemporary villa in a quiet location not too far from good amenities. When travelling to the villa from the airport, make sure you follow the directions supplied by Prestige Villas. Do not follow Sat Nav, it will take you to the wrong place. Although quite close to amenities I would not recommend walking. The main road is very busy and on an incline with no pavements and walking to the nearest supermarket would take 15-20 minutes quick walking to get there and a good 25 minutes to get back up the hill. There is nowhere to eat out without getting into the car. If you wish to use this villa it is essential to have a reasonably powerful car especially if you have more than two people. The approach to the villa is extremely steep and a fully loaded car with a small engine does not have the power to get to the top. The master suite was very nice with its own en-suite and two balconies and lovely far reaching views. However, the two basement bedrooms and bathrooms suffered badly with sewage smells and crawling bugs especially during the second week. Wifi was good, and all amenities within the villa were sufficient. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well and there was never a problem with water pressure and hot water for showers even though there were 5 adults in the villa. There was a days free speed boat hire for each week of our stay which we used once during our first week and we took the boat along the coast to Agni Taverna stopping off along the way to swim. Points worth mentioning are that you will be charged for the fuel used during your trip and any damage however small to the propellor. The proprietor did warn us that a new propellor would cost 200 Euros. However, although we had been extremely careful we did somehow get a small nick on one of the blades and scratched another. This was picked up immediately on our return and we were charged an additional 50 Euros for the supposed repair. Therefore a free day out cost us 75 Euros including the petrol. Needless to say we didn't take up the 'Free' boat hire during the second week. On the whole, a very relaxing two weeks in a nice villa in a good location.
