Main Level: A bright open-plan living and dining area opens through French windows to a vast covered veranda with spectacular views across the bay. The outdoor space includes a comfortable rattan lounge, a large dining table seating eight, and a built-in brick BBQ—perfect for relaxed al fresco dining. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances including a full oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, tall fridge/freezer, and Nespresso machine. This level also includes a utility room with a washing machine and a convenient shower room.
Second Floor: One elegant double bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a full bath and overhead shower.
Top Floor: Two double bedrooms share a modern family bathroom. Both rooms open onto a spacious rooftop veranda, where the panoramic sea and harbour views are simply unforgettable.
Lower Ground Level: A twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and a separate entrance—ideal for teenagers or young adults seeking extra independence while still being part of the group.

The cosmopolitan resort of Ipsos with its long narrow shingle beach and shallow waters attracts a multitude of ages and easily accessible from both Pyrgi & the historical village of Agios Markos. This coastal resort itself has a great selection of both traditional and international restaurants running the long stretch of the promenade and on the beach a good choice of sun-loungers and parasols to rent hosted by one of the many bars along the coastal road. There are too many restaurants to mention but a firm favourite with us is Moby Dicks and the stylish waterfront ‘Merea’ Restaurant has excellent Trip Advisor Reviews. It’s a vibrant resort particularly during July & August and is the hub of nightlife for guests staying along the North-East coast who are looking for an atmospheric evening out. During the day there are plenty of activities available, Waterhoppers is one of the most popular diving centres in Corfu and for those looking for water-sports and fun activities Ipsos Water Centre has some great family activities.

The booking was easy and the villa very cleaned! Its perfect to rest, it’s quiet and comfortable with 4 rooms. The villa owner is an incredible person super kind that made us feel like home!! her dog visited us and he’s so cute, we loved it! The house has everything you need it, barbecue, pool, nice bedrooms, everything you need to have an amazing vacation! Thank you!
Jo D, EnglandDate of stay: August 2023 What a fabulous holiday we’ve just had! Villa Danili is such a beautiful home with stunning views throughout. The bedrooms were spacious with super comfy beds, I had the best night sleeps! The villa is very near to the resort which has many restaurants and bars, We ate out a few times as-well as eating in the villa enjoying the views and bbq area. We loved the tucked away restaurants further away which had the most amazing views, in particular Le Grand Balcon. Da Marco was the best Italian restaurant. The beach is pebbly but we loved that because my husband isn’t a lover of the sand. The kids loved the pool, water inflatable on the sea and Aqualand which is only 20mins away. Eleni is such a lovely honest, she couldn’t do enough for us. she was so helpful and often brought us homemade greek dishes. Finally prestige villas were very easy to book with and the communication was excellent from start to finish. Thank you for such an amazing holiday in such a stunning villa.

Eleni was there to welcome us, despite it being much later due to flight delays, and was really helpful and friendly through the week - we particularly enjoyed the traditional Greek treats she left us!

The grounds and pool area are beautiful and the owner Eleni so welcoming and helpful. Some more glasses and plates would be useful and maybe some more pans but the kitchen was great.
StaceyDate of stay: June 2023 Great villa with amazing views. The villa was well equipped, including supplying BBQ coals and olive oil from the family farm. It’s perfectly situated, especially if you don’t want to hire a car. A few minutes walk down hill to the restaurants and beach area. Eleni was a great host and sorted any small issues within minutes. Would recommend and come back again.
