The outdoor space includes a comfortable rattan lounge, a large dining table seating eight, and a built-in brick BBQ—perfect for relaxed al fresco dining. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances including a full oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, tall fridge/freezer, and Nespresso machine. This level also includes a utility room with a washing machine and a convenient shower room.
Second Floor: One elegant double bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a full bath and overhead shower.
Top Floor: Two double bedrooms share a modern family bathroom. Both rooms open onto a spacious rooftop veranda, where the panoramic sea and harbour views are simply unforgettable.

The cosmopolitan resort of Ipsos with its long narrow shingle beach and shallow waters attracts a multitude of ages and easily accessible from both Pyrgi & the historical village of Agios Markos. This coastal resort itself has a great selection of both traditional and international restaurants running the long stretch of the promenade and on the beach a good choice of sun-loungers and parasols to rent hosted by one of the many bars along the coastal road. There are too many restaurants to mention but a firm favourite with us is Moby Dicks and the stylish waterfront ‘Merea’ Restaurant has excellent Trip Advisor Reviews. It’s a vibrant resort particularly during July & August and is the hub of nightlife for guests staying along the North-East coast who are looking for an atmospheric evening out. During the day there are plenty of activities available, Waterhoppers is one of the most popular diving centres in Corfu and for those looking for water-sports and fun activities Ipsos Water Centre has some great family activities.

ChrisDate of stay: May 2023 Villa Danili is a spacious villa with a substantial pool and incredible views. Although it is just off the main road and the main town is a quick walk away, the villa is very private. The owner was very welcoming and helpful and was available if ever we needed her. There is just about everything you need to be self sufficient in the villa, if you wish to self cater. There's lots of storage space throughout the property. The gardens are a mix of planted flowers, wild flowers and olive trees and it is a haven for wildlife. When we visited in May, the town was relatively quiet. The walk into town is a steep one so It's a decent workout on the way back. The road is always busy so care should be taken. Buses run regularly from Ipsos to Corfu town and other resorts. As well as those in the main town, there are several restaurants just around the corner in the next street which were excellent (The Squirrel and Dominoes). We had a very relaxing holiday and I would highly recommend this villa.

She had the pool man come to clean the pool every few days and came to clean the house and change all the bedding half way through our trip. She really went above and beyond expectations. Truly a beautiful soul, we cant wait to visit again :)

The house was brand new, views and pool were beautiful and the friendliness and communication with the property owners / managers was excellent. Being a new property, it exceeded our expectations and the location was second to none. The only constructive piece of feedback would be to continue building out the items/amenities provided, such as kitchen utensils, plastic glasses, water jugs etc. We would definitely stay here again!
