Sleek, stylish, and newly constructed, Villa Helios offers contemporary luxury in an enviable location. Just a five-minute drive brings you to the vibrant resort of Barbati, with its sweeping white-pebble beach, crystal-clear waters, and excellent selection of restaurants and laid-back beach bars.
Designed with modern open-plan living in mind, the villa features expansive sliding glass doors that open onto a vast veranda, perfectly framing the panoramic views. To the side of the property, the horizon-style infinity pool sits on a decked terrace with super comfortable sunbeds, surrounded by natural stone walls that blend beautifully with the landscape.
The villa offers five bedrooms, three of which enjoy their own contemporary shower rooms and overlook the tranquil olive groves to the rear, with glimpses down to the sea. (Please note: one twin bedroom is located at semi-basement level and does not have a view.)
Outdoor living is a dream at Villa Helios. A charming al fresco dining area with built-in BBQ invites long lazy meals, while off-road parking ensures convenience throughout your stay. Guests will also enjoy the Table Tennis Table, perfect for family fun or friendly competition.

The nearest resort to Villa Helios is Barbati with a brilliant white sweeping pebble beach, the gateway to the prestigious North East Coast of Corfu, affectionately known as Kensington-upon-Sea. This resort has a real holiday vibe about it with a it’s upmarket beach side restaurants and trendy beach bars. Bahia Mare & Piedra del Mar to name just two, play relaxing chill-out tunes and offer a superb beachfront atmosphere where you can pre-reserve your sunbed both during the day and during the balmy evenings. Both restaurants have a superb menu and during high season a table reservation is recommended. For the water sports enthusiasts Barbati also has a superb water-sports centre and we would high recommend renting one of the small boats from either of the boat hire companies along the beach. From Barbati you can meander your way up the picturesque coastline, anchoring up in one of the many deserted coves where the water is crystal turquoise and perfect for snorkelling.

The views are stunning and sunrise and sunset are a must to watch. Katarina made us feel so welcome and could not do enough for u. What an amazing lady who makes the stay at the villa so easy and goes above and beyond to help you. This villa is definitely a five star holiday destination and the location is stunning . Our stay been amazing for all of my family. I would highly recommend staying here and cannot wait to return.

The set up is perfect, those that wanted to stay up could and those that didn’t couldn’t hear a thing when the doors are closed. The villa itself was stunning and has clearly been furnished with luxury in mind. The infinity pool was perfect. In fact, all the grounds around the villa added that something extra multiple places set up to eat and lounge outside. Plus cozy seating off the bedroom...perfect for a morning coffee. The villa manager was on hand whenever we needed her and was amazing. I cannot wait to return.

A few highlights: 1)The sunrise on the front deck - breath taking and worth waking up for! 2)The pool area, super fun for family time & the bbq area & relaxing sun loungers and table tennis! 3)Villa location - perfect for exploring the local area, lots of activities, boat hire, Greek restaurants, gift shops, and more!
