Villa Description
Exclusive to Prestige Villas, this recently constructed villa has a modern contemporary design, Villa Helios is ideally located being just a five minute drive down to the neighbouring resort of Barbati with it’s sweeping white pebble beach and wonderful selection of restaurants and chill-out bars.
The open plan design incorporating large sliding glass windows onto a huge veranda takes advantage of the wonderful views. To the side of the property there is a horizon style swimming pool with infinity edge set in decking and surrounded with natural stone walling. The five bedrooms, three with their own shower room overlook the olive groves to the rear of the property with views down to the sea. (one Twin bedroom is semi basement without view)
There is a delightful outdoor dining area with BBQ plus off road parking.

The nearest resort to Villa Helios is Barbati with a brilliant white sweeping pebble beach, the gateway to the prestigious North East Coast of Corfu, affectionately known as Kensington-upon-Sea. This resort has a real holiday vibe about it with a it’s upmarket beach side restaurants and trendy beach bars. Bahia Mare & Piedra del Mar to name just two, play relaxing chill-out tunes and offer a superb beachfront atmosphere where you can pre-reserve your sunbed both during the day and during the balmy evenings. Both restaurants have a superb menu and during high season a table reservation is recommended. For the water sports enthusiasts Barbati also has a superb water-sports centre and we would high recommend renting one of the small boats from either of the boat hire companies along the beach. From Barbati you can meander your way up the picturesque coastline, anchoring up in one of the many deserted coves where the water is crystal turquoise and perfect for snorkelling.

Loz G, UKDate of stay: July 2023 Being one of the first guests in this villa that has just been built we were not disappointed. The villa is finished to a very high standard with sun loungers good enough to sleep on. 4 adults and 5 kids in total and never felt like we were in each others way as the villa is very big with en suites adjoining most bedrooms. A car is a must like any other villa in this area but the villa is only a few minutes drive from the beach, after travelling all over Corfu for the last 6 years this area is by far my favourite with stunning beaches, bars and restaurants a stone throw away. The pictures don’t do this villa justice as it was more than we expected. The views of the sunrise are to die for and we all can’t wait to book at villa Helios next year. The lady who looked after us on arrival and all the help she gave us was perfect so thank you katerina. If you are going to book near barbati this is the place to book.
Kerri MDate of stay: July 2023 Our family spent 10 days and we were absolutely delighted with our stay at Villa Helios in Corfu! Every aspect was impeccable – from the luxurious accommodation to the stunning views. The kitchen is well equipped and we did cook some evening meals as well as use the bbq. We hired a car which is needed for the location of the villa but it’s located in close proximity to beaches, restaurants, nightlife, and local attractions. We had some great days out snorkelling, hired a boat, water sport activities and cliff jumping at local beaches. Everything is really only a 30 minute drive from the villa, Old corfu town is a must with loads of shops,restaurants and nightlife! During our time just relaxing at the villa the kids spent hours in the pool, (pool guy visited to check and clean the pool during our stay.)Playing table tennis and relaxing on the sun beds! Katerina, the property manager, exceeded our expectations with her exceptional service and friendliness. We would highly recommended this beautiful villa. we're already counting down the days to our return next year.

Phil Roberts, SouthamptonDate of stay: June 2023 Greeted by friendly Villa Manager who showed us round and made us all feel welcome from the get go. Due to the late arrival we did not know the wonderful surprise we had in store for us in the morning. Outstanding views and a lot more 'garden and recreational space than we ever thought. Pool was a good size with plenty of luxury sun loungers. All bedrooms fully air conditioned and en-suite or otherwise bathrooms were finished to a very high standard. There is plenty to explore nearby (with the use of a hire car is a must) but we found most of our time was spent cooking on the BBQ (or well established kitchen) and just enjoying the view and great family time together. Had a great week and we've already booked for the same time again next year. See you soon Villa Helios.
