The villa has its own private swimming pool set within stone patios within a walled garden. The property is built on three levels with the master bedroom suite occupying the top floor enjoying views of Kassiopi and the sea. From the main living area floor there is an open plan sitting room with dining area and a fully fitted high quality kitchen with granite worktops. On this floor there is a twin room and a double room both with en-suite bath/shower rooms. The fourth bedroom is a twin room with it’s own en-suite shower room and is access from the pool area level.

The delightful pool area is set in beautiful stone and old brick patios and has sunbeds and parasols.

Probably the most famous of the prestigious North East coastal resorts, Kassiopi has become a firm favourite holiday destination for upmarket families looking for a luxury villa holiday in a desirable area. Due to the lack of sandy beaches along this stretch of coastline large mass market hotels have avoided the area and have, the bucket and spade tourists. The area has maintained it’s upmarket status and attracts many A list celebrities & VIPs, many of whom have their own properties discreetly hidden behind many electric gate. The centre of town, or village for that matter has a long pedestrianised high street lined with beach boutiques and souvenir shops, a great choice of tavernas and cocktail bars.
