Villa Neraida, Nissaki, an authentic Ionian stone house exclusive to and managed by Prestige Villas of Corfu.
This boutique style stone house is tucked into the peaceful hillside hamlet of Apolisies in the heart of Nissaki on Corfu’s prestigious northeast coast. Surrounded by ancient olive groves and scenic walking paths, the villa offers breathtaking sea and mountain views, while being just a few minutes’ drive from the beach.
Beautifully and thoughtfully recently renovated between, this charming boutique-style cottage is a true gem. Its expansive outdoor terrace, shaded by mature olive trees and a graceful pergola invites relaxation at any hour of the day, and the villa’s private pool creates the perfect spot to unwind in complete privacy.
Ground Floor
The ground floor welcomes you into a spacious, character-filled living room featuring a cosy fireplace and Byzantine-style flooring. From here, you have direct access to the modern, fully equipped kitchen and out to the terrace, garden, and pool area.
Second Floor
Upstairs, the Master Bedroom features elegant oak floors, a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and a private balcony offering lovely views across the landscape. The adjoining bathroom is sleek and contemporary, complete with a WC and luxurious rain shower.
The neighbouring Second Bedroom offers two single beds that can convert into a double, along with oak floors, ample wardrobe space, and its own modern bathroom with rain shower.
The entire house is fitted with a modern lighting system, allowing you to tailor the ambiance to your personal preference.

‘Highlights’ – Stunning scenery, the heart of the North East coast & pretty harbour area
Nissaki is one, if not, the most popular areas along the North East coast of Corfu for villa holidays. Nissaki spreads itself along a 3km stretch of stunning coastline, encompassing numerous bays and small mountain hamlets. The harbour is the focal point of the area, with a selection of traditional tavernas located around the pretty harbour and immaculate pebbly beach. Here you will find the clearest water, a haven for snorkelling. There are a good selection of restaurants here, Miltos Restaurant is the built on the edge of the rocky outcrop overlooking the sea and the beach. It’s the largest most popular taverna down in Nissaki where Agatha & Lakis and their family before them have been serving delicious home cooked food since 1955.
Located on the coastal road you will find the well stocked Aphrodite Supermarket, a bakery, ATM machine and a little further along the road a small selection of tavernas. On the coastal road between Nissaki & the popular resort of Barbati, is the very popular waterfront restaurant ‘Glyfa Taverna’ Built on the rocks that lead down to the sea, the restaurant is on three levels with views across the sea towards Corfu Town. Anthoula does all the cooking and the staff here are extremely friendly. Lunch is served daily from 12 noon and dinner until 11pm. There are also sunbeds here for free.

We are however disappointed for not having been compensated for the limitation of its use the last evening and day due to shortage of water. We do appreciate that this was beyond your control but as a customer the price we paid was for the enjoyment of a luxury villa for a week which has not been the case. As a high end travel agent, I would have expected that you would have had matching customer service to compensate for these unfortunate events. I did not even received answer to my last whatsapp text. ---- Our Response: Dear Jean-Francois Thank you so much for taking the time to complete your review with regards to your recent stay at Villa Neraida in Nissaki. I did actually reply to your request for compensation on August 21st and explained that unfortunately we are unable to make any refund as this was an issue completely out of our control. Ever one of our villas along that area of the coastline was affected that day due to a local municipality fault and I know it doesn’t help you but the water supply returned by lunchtime just after you left. We can’t apologise enough and fully appreciate it was an inconvenience. We do always recommend using the pool water during such eventualities as an emergency measure to help with flushing toilets etc, not ideal we realise for those properties with a pool it’s a great help. I’m pleased to see though given that everything else relating to your stay scored 5* that you clearly enjoyed your holiday on the whole. The kitchen has everything you could need and the villa is very well organised with access to wifi etc. Our only criticism is that for such a beautiful villa the bedding was very disappointing. The sheets were empty duvet covers (single) and the pillows were very lumpy. It was incongruous with rest of the villa - if that were resolved I would highly recommend a stay here. Following your review, the owners have now bought brand new linen & pillows including double sheets for the double bed. The master bed is very comfortable and the bathroom and showers are fabulous. The villa is in a really quiet little hamlet and was really peaceful. The kitchen amenities were good - and we used Netflix (although we couldn’t get the DVD player to work). The pool area is lovely with shady seating for lunch and sundowners .. Julia and the team couldn’t have been more helpful - we use Prestige a lot and their customer service is second to none .. thanks for another wonderful holiday in Corfu

This was delayed a couple of years due to COVID (Prestigevillascorfu handled this exceptionally well and were super accommodating). We arrived at the Villa a bit early and could check in without any issues. When we arrived, the pool was just maintained and cleaned, so was in pristine condition. During our week at the Villa, the pool was checked and cleaned once more, again keeping it in top shape. The Villa itself is quite new and designed beautifully. From flooring lights, to very nicely designed bathrooms & super functional kitchen. Air conditioning works well throughout, ground and top floors, which is essential in this climate. WiFi works well everywhere, including the pool area, which is great. We also enjoyed the TV’s and connections to all major Apps such as Netflix & YouTube. This worked really well with the kids. The Villa is super equipped. Pretty much anything you can think of. The barbecue area is fantastic and ready to get going, the kitchen has everything you can think of, including some essential food items which we found as super beneficial. The master bedroom bed is super comfy, bedding is very high quality. So to sum it up, this is a beautiful Villa, designed extremely well, kept at a high standard and equipped with everything you can think of. Perfect location as well, 10min from excellent beaches, taverns and other attractions. View from the Villa, balcony and the pool area is lovely as well. This is the best place we’ve ever stayed at.

But no, imagine our delight at the beautifully restored Villa Neraida to an exquisite degree of luxury with all modern conveniences: rain shower heads, walk-in master closet, heated pool, etc. We left only for provisions and some exploring. We thought we’d died and gone to heaven with the beautiful jasmine scented pool and patio for eating and lounging.

However, the toilet on the ground floor was closed all the time, the way to the villa leads over unsecured mountain roads, the driveway is very steep. Our response: Many thanks for your review! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. There isn't a toilet on the ground floor. The locked door is a store/boiler room and is only accessible to staff. We hope to welcome you back to Corfu soon!
