We are however disappointed for not having been compensated for the limitation of its use the last evening and day due to shortage of water. We do appreciate that this was beyond your control but as a customer the price we paid was for the enjoyment of a luxury villa for a week which has not been the case. As a high end travel agent, I would have expected that you would have had matching customer service to compensate for these unfortunate events. I did not even received answer to my last whatsapp text. ---- Our Response: Dear Jean-Francois Thank you so much for taking the time to complete your review with regards to your recent stay at Villa Neraida in Nissaki. I did actually reply to your request for compensation on August 21st and explained that unfortunately we are unable to make any refund as this was an issue completely out of our control. Ever one of our villas along that area of the coastline was affected that day due to a local municipality fault and I know it doesn’t help you but the water supply returned by lunchtime just after you left. We can’t apologise enough and fully appreciate it was an inconvenience. We do always recommend using the pool water during such eventualities as an emergency measure to help with flushing toilets etc, not ideal we realise for those properties with a pool it’s a great help. I’m pleased to see though given that everything else relating to your stay scored 5* that you clearly enjoyed your holiday on the whole. Sacha J, UKDate of stay: August 2022 Villa Neraida is beautifully crafted and very well appointed. The kitchen has everything you could need and the villa is very well organised with access to wifi etc. Our only criticism is that for such a beautiful villa the bedding was very disappointing. The sheets were empty duvet covers (single) and the pillows were very lumpy. It was incongruous with rest of the villa - if that were resolved I would highly recommend a stay here. Following your review, the owners have now bought brand new linen & pillows including double sheets for the double bed. Caroline C, Hampshire UKDate of stay: June 2022 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Neraida. The villa has been beautifully restored with very tasteful decor. The master bed is very comfortable and the bathroom and showers are fabulous. The villa is in a really quiet little hamlet and was really peaceful. The kitchen amenities were good - and we used Netflix (although we couldn’t get the DVD player to work). The pool area is lovely with shady seating for lunch and sundowners .. Julia and the team couldn’t have been more helpful - we use Prestige a lot and their customer service is second to none .. thanks for another wonderful holiday in Corfu

Guy N, UKDate of stay: June 2022 We booked 7 nights during the last days of June 2022. This was delayed a couple of years due to COVID (Prestigevillascorfu handled this exceptionally well and were super accommodating). We arrived at the Villa a bit early and could check in without any issues. When we arrived, the pool was just maintained and cleaned, so was in pristine condition. During our week at the Villa, the pool was checked and cleaned once more, again keeping it in top shape. The Villa itself is quite new and designed beautifully. From flooring lights, to very nicely designed bathrooms & super functional kitchen. Air conditioning works well throughout, ground and top floors, which is essential in this climate. WiFi works well everywhere, including the pool area, which is great. We also enjoyed the TV’s and connections to all major Apps such as Netflix & YouTube. This worked really well with the kids. The Villa is super equipped. Pretty much anything you can think of. The barbecue area is fantastic and ready to get going, the kitchen has everything you can think of, including some essential food items which we found as super beneficial. The master bedroom bed is super comfy, bedding is very high quality. So to sum it up, this is a beautiful Villa, designed extremely well, kept at a high standard and equipped with everything you can think of. Perfect location as well, 10min from excellent beaches, taverns and other attractions. View from the Villa, balcony and the pool area is lovely as well. This is the best place we’ve ever stayed at.

Michael R, Massachusetts, USADate of stay: May 2022 This was our second week in Greece and our first rental on Kefalonia was so lovely, we feared that the Villa Neraida might disappoint. But no, imagine our delight at the beautifully restored Villa Neraida to an exquisite degree of luxury with all modern conveniences: rain shower heads, walk-in master closet, heated pool, etc. We left only for provisions and some exploring. We thought we’d died and gone to heaven with the beautiful jasmine scented pool and patio for eating and lounging.

Yakop F, Berlin, GermanyDate of stay: October 2021 The view is amazing, the pool is perfect and even heated, the villa is very comfortable, the surroundings are great. However, the toilet on the ground floor was closed all the time, the way to the villa leads over unsecured mountain roads, the driveway is very steep. Our response: Many thanks for your review! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. There isn't a toilet on the ground floor. The locked door is a store/boiler room and is only accessible to staff. We hope to welcome you back to Corfu soon!

Gary M, UKDate of stay: September 2021 We enjoyed our 2 weeks at Villa Neraida, the villa was first class and well appointed throughout, in a delightful location with extensive views. We have had many holidays in the area and can recommend Aphrodite’s supermarket and Vitamins Taverna both having lovely staff who add memories to your holiday. Prestige impressed us with all aspects of the holiday, including regular pool and garden maintenance.
