Tucked away on a peaceful lane, just a two-minute stroll from Soukia Beach and less than an eight-minute walk to the heart of Kassiopi, this elegant stone-built villa combines timeless Corfiot character with modern luxury.
Set within walled gardens and surrounded by stone terraces, the villa features its own private swimming pool, creating a tranquil haven just moments from the vibrant village and its waterfront tavernas. The villa is arranged over three levels:
Top Floor: A spacious master suite occupies the entire upper level, with stunning views over Kassiopi and the shimmering Ionian Sea.

Kassiopi
Is this area suitable for me?
Beach – Pebble/Shingle
Restaurants & Bars – Yes plenty along the high street, surrounding the harbour and around the headland
Boat Hire – Yes with Filippos Boats
Supermarkets – Plenty of small supermarkets & mini-markets
‘Highlights’ – Picturesque harbour, great choice of restaurants and an upmarket nightlife
Probably the most famous of the prestigious North East coastal resorts, Kassiopi has become a firm favourite holiday destination for upmarket families looking for a luxury villa holiday in a desirable area. Due to the lack of sandy beaches along this stretch of coastline large mass market hotels have avoided the area and have, the bucket and spade tourists. The area has maintained it’s upmarket status and attracts many A list celebrities & VIPs, many of whom have their own properties discreetly hidden behind many electric gate. The centre of town, or village for that matter has a long pedestrianised high street lined with beach boutiques and souvenir shops, a great choice of tavernas and cocktail bars. The highlight of this picture postcard village is the harbour area where one can take a boat trip down the coast with either one of the organised trips or if you’re feeling confident then hire your own small boat from Filippos Boats one of the islands longest established boat hire company. Popular restaurants in Kassiopi include Trilogia a romantic setting beneath the ancient castle and The Old School House which has recently located down by the harbour from Porta.

Shirley B, Somerset, UKDate of stay: September 2021 This is a beautiful and comfortable stone-built villa, has the wow factor when you first arrive and plenty of room. It is a short and easy walk into town making this an ideally located villa as it was quiet but close to supermarkets, two bakeries and the restaurants of Kassiopi. Turning right out of the villa we also discovered a lovely walk to Avlaki beach (and a fabulous restaurant there - Cavo Barbaro) which largely followed the coastline. The villa was spotlessly clean and the pool kept to a high standard by the lady who came each day to maintain it. We experienced an issue with the hot water which was responded to immediately by Barbara and Prestige staff until this was resolved. This villa delivered on everything we needed from our holiday and was a home from home.
Alice B, UKDate of stay: August 2021 This year was our sixth year of booking through Jane and Annabelle at Prestige Villas. The service as always was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. It was our second year at Villa Calypso. We love it, the location is great and it is so lovely to be able to walk into Kassiopi in the evening - perfect for teenagers wanting to go out to the bars at night. The villa is incredibly comfortable and well equipped. The pool and pool area are great and it gets the sun well into the evening. It was a huge treat to have the villa cleaned everyday and the girls were lovely and friendly. Barbara, the owner was on hand and very kindly took in our food delivery and put it away ready for our arrival. Thank you Jane and Annabelle for everything.x
Donnathea C, London, UKDate of stay: July 2021 We had a wonderful week at Calypso. The pool and terrace were particularly lovely. The teens were thrilled that they could walk to the nightlife!
Richard C, UKDate of stay: July 2021 Beautifully appointed villa and very comfortable beds (beds are often a disappointment in foreign villas so this was a refreshing surprise). Immaculately clean and only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Kassiopi.
Caroline D, Cheltenham, UKDate of stay: September 2020 After 10 years of travelling back and forth to Kassiopi all we can say is we're sorry we hadn't booked with Prestige earlier. The booking was so easy and even with Covid the customer service was exemplary. Annabelle and Jane offered us many options depending on what was going to happen and what was best for us, this made the whole thing so easy, a huge contrast to the previous company. On arrival the villa was spotless and beautifully maintained, credibly classy in it's furnishing and a maid came everyday at precisely 11am. As a family we cannot thank the Prestige team enough for making everything so easy, we will always book with them in the future.
Jemma M, London, UKDate of stay: July/August 2020 Another year booking with Jane and the Prestige team and it was as easy as ever. There attitude in the pandemic has been exemplary with flexibility on balance payment dates or being able to move deposits to an alternative date. Great villa - we missed our views of the sea but Villa Calypso was brilliantly located and an easy stroll into Kassiopi which is what we wanted for the teenagers in the party. Villa very clean and well equipped. Thank you again for a wonderful two weeks.
Lisa Dawson, York, UKDate of stay: July/August 2019 Where Did We Stay? I found a villa company called Prestige Villas Of Corfu and the perfect match - the property was called Calypso and comprised four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a pool, a mere eight minute walk from the hub of Kassiopi. It also had reliable WiFi - much as I have the greatest of respect for people who smugly claim to discard their phones for a week whilst on holiday to ‘get away from it all’, the reality is that ALL of my family would rather spend a week in a frozen cave in Outer Siberia with only dead fish for company than be without social media (or in Joe’s case, a motor trade balance sheet). Set over three floors and sleeping eight, the master bedroom suite overlooked the sea and the sun loungers were cream pad cushioned. I always take the quality of my sun loungers very seriously when considering holidays. I would class the price of the villa as mid to high - not cheap, but every room was simply yet beautifully decorated and everything was provided, from pool and bath towels, through to a water cooler, a pool man and a housekeeper who arrived promptly at 1.30 pm daily to clean and tidy. Heaven. Read Lisa's full review via her online blog 'How We Holiday: Kassiopi, Corfu' www.lisadawsonstyling.com/blog/2019/8/7/north-west-corfu
