Tucked away on a peaceful lane, just a two-minute stroll from Soukia Beach and less than an eight-minute walk to the heart of Kassiopi, this elegant stone-built villa combines timeless Corfiot character with modern luxury.
Set within walled gardens and surrounded by stone terraces, the villa features its own private swimming pool, creating a tranquil haven just moments from the vibrant village and its waterfront tavernas. Beautifully furnished throughout, it offers superior quality finishes, contemporary comforts, and space for up to eight guests across four stylish en-suite bedrooms.

The villa is arranged over three levels:
Top Floor: A spacious master suite occupies the entire upper level, with stunning views over Kassiopi and the shimmering Ionian Sea.
Main Level: An open-plan living and dining area flows seamlessly into a fully fitted modern kitchen with granite worktops. Also on this level are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, each with their own en-suite bath or shower room.
Pool Level: A further twin bedroom with en-suite shower room has direct access to the pool terrace—ideal for guests seeking a little extra privacy.
Outdoor Living
The pool area is particularly charming, finished in stone and old brick patios that echo traditional Corfiot style. With comfortable sunbeds and parasols, it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sun in total privacy.

Kassiopi
Is this area suitable for me?
Beach – Pebble/Shingle
Restaurants & Bars – Yes plenty along the high street, surrounding the harbour and around the headland
Boat Hire – Yes with Filippos Boats
Supermarkets – Plenty of small supermarkets & mini-markets
‘Highlights’ – Picturesque harbour, great choice of restaurants and an upmarket nightlife
Probably the most famous of the prestigious North East coastal resorts, Kassiopi has become a firm favourite holiday destination for upmarket families looking for a luxury villa holiday in a desirable area. Due to the lack of sandy beaches along this stretch of coastline large mass market hotels have avoided the area and have, the bucket and spade tourists. The area has maintained it’s upmarket status and attracts many A list celebrities & VIPs, many of whom have their own properties discreetly hidden behind many electric gate. The centre of town, or village for that matter has a long pedestrianised high street lined with beach boutiques and souvenir shops, a great choice of tavernas and cocktail bars. The highlight of this picture postcard village is the harbour area where one can take a boat trip down the coast with either one of the organised trips or if you’re feeling confident then hire your own small boat from Filippos Boats one of the islands longest established boat hire company. Popular restaurants in Kassiopi include Trilogia a romantic setting beneath the ancient castle and The Old School House which has recently located down by the harbour from Porta.

Suzy Brown, United KingdomDate of stay: June 2023 Had a lovely stay here. Dimitri and cleaning lady excellent and so helpful when we arrived a little earlier than expected. A few things needed sorting but were actioned immediately. Near to shops/restaurants so no need for a car. Would definitely recommend. Thank you
Jonathan Y, UKDate of stay: May 2023 Perfect holiday. Lovely villa in a great location, easy walking distance to Kassiopi Harbour. Very comfortable. We may well be back!
Mel B, UKDate of stay: May 2023 We had a fantastic stay at Villa Calypso. It catered to everyone's needs, from age 20 years to 60 years. Quick response from agency when we sent queries. Friendly and efficient cleaning staff. Beautiful location. It was as described on the website. thank you to all.
Stuart B, UKDate of stay: September 2022 A fabulously relaxing stay. We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Calypso, from the moment we walked in and saw the stunning villa along with the great welcome pack. The daily cleaning service was an added bonus, as was the water cooler. Everything was perfect and it was such an easy walk into the lovely town centre to sample the many restaurants and bars. We would definitely return to the villa to enjoy more time in Kassiopi. Thank you!
Mandy W, UKDate of stay: September 2022 Gorgeous villa within easy reach of Kassiopi. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Calypso. It is a beautiful, spacious villa with a lovely pool and outside area. A couple of minor issues with the villa were corrected within 24 hours which was appreciated. A short walk into Kassiopi which is an excellent base for all the attractions of this part of the island. Another bonus is the small cove that is only a few minutes walk from the villa. Highly recommended.
Jan T, UKDate of stay: September 2022 The Villa was absolutely lovely.. with housekeeping every day doing a fabulous job.. an absolute treat. We had a water dispenser that was restocked when needed which made our stay a lot easier . The position is good with only a short walk to the Village with is many shops, Taverna’s and lovely harbour. The friendly pool man came several times a week to test the pool and keep the area swept and tidy. I would like to suggest a visitors book to give info on things like problems with the air conditioning as 2 of them wouldn’t work This was easily solved in the end by turning the switch off and on in the fuse box but would have saved time if there had been a book to tell you this sometimes happens. Anyway, it did not spoil our holiday in any way and I would definitely recommend this beautiful Villa and Prestige Villas ---- Our Response: Hi Jan, Many thanks for taking the time to write a review for Villa Calypso. Regarding the air con, we do provide information on the villa and maintenance via a QR code which includes details for the AC - The issue which you mentioned was a one off fault and not something which happens. Your comments have been passed onto the owner and we are happy it did not spoil you holiday! We hope to welcome you back soon Best wishes The Prestige Team
Martin F, UKDate of stay: August 2022 Prestige lived up to their name. Villa excellent, what a fab idea providing a water cooler which everyone appreciated. There were a couple of issues were quickly rectified thank you. My only slight criticism was the pool does need a bit of attention, bit tired and patched up in places. Overall really pleased with our stay guys.
